The Chicks are one of country music’s most influential and boundary-pushing groups. Formed in Dallas, Texas, in 1989 by sisters Emily Strayer and Martie Maguire, The Chicks (formerly known as the Dixie Chicks) rocketed to pop stardom with the addition of lead vocalist Natalie Maines in 1995. The multi-platinum trio would go on to win 12 Grammy Awards and become the best-selling female band of all time in the U.S., with 33 million albums sold worldwide. By blending honky-tonk with bluegrass and soaring pop vocals, The Chicks appealed to a diverse audience that stretched far beyond their country roots. Signature hits like 1999’s “Cowboy Take Me Away” and 1998’s “Wide Open Spaces,” along with their bluegrass virtuosity, saw The Chicks go from opening for Tim McGraw in 1999 to headlining massive concert tours that have sold over $100 million in tickets. 2020’s Gaslighter (produced by Jack Antonoff) was The Chicks’ first album in 14 years, and the catalyst for a 2023 tour where country-pop superstar Maren Morris will join the trio on a string of dates.

The Chicks were such great entertainers. Maren Morris did a wonderful job warming up the crowd. The energy at the show was amazing. Everyone was singing along and having a blast. Highly recommend.
It was a good concert I definitely go see them again.
This was the best concert I've been to in a long time! The Chicks put on an amazing show with a great mix of new and old music. Their visual and audio mix were awesome.... our seats were at the far side of the arena and the sound quality was perfect. I also loved that their interaction with their band was really special. I would 100% go to another Chicks concert!
My sisters and our daughters created a 2 day trip to Van to see the Chicks and celebrate my daughter getting married. And the Chicks delivered. I’ve seen them 4 times now and they brought the house down. My voice has not recovered from singing so much. 🙏❤️
I love the chicks so much they are my favourite country music singers
Fantastic concert, smooth entry, great sound and interactions with the audience ! Have seen them before and will see them again ! Love their playlist this concert was fabulous ! A great atmosphere at Budweiser to see them as well.
The show at the Budweiser Stage was spectacular. The Chicks never let down their audience. Amazing night.
The show was outstanding. You can't fix this...people standing up infront of you, which makes it hard to enjoy the show.
First time seeing them in person and my first concert since COVID- it was amazing. Didn’t sit down for 2 hours. They sounded amazing and the crowd was so into it. Good mix of new and old which I heard people complain there wasn’t enough old stuff. I disagree- all the major songs were covered plus they are selling a new album so…
Spectacular concert in a fun venue on a beautiful summer evening. What more could you ask for??!!
First time at the lawn and disappointed with the sound quality or lack of it. Had much better experiences in the seats as struggled to hear the singing from the stage on the lawn. Not sure if the singer was having ongoing vocal issues, or the venue's poor sound system up on the lawn. If the singer was struggling vocally (previous shows canceled due to this), i would have preferred to have a rescheduled date than a sub standard performance.
The concert it self was amazing. The Budweiser Stage area is a gong show as the toilet areas are crazy. The lineups etc I purchased a bottle of water for $6.20 which is nuts. Really ???? We can’t bring water in so we are forced to pay this.
Super fun atmosphere, great performers, have always wanted to see them and they didn’t disappoint. They’re incredibly talented and put on a great show!
The heart that they put into their performances makes it a most memorable, amazing experience for their audience. So happy they came back!
This is 3rd time trying to see Chicks. First and second with such disappointed feelings, I could not attend due to last minute emergencies. However, finally got to see them in Toronto ( good seats) and as blown away with their talents. I could tell at the start Natalie was not at her best due to cold maybe? But man she is such a strength and great role model for a lot of young girls who need that. I will go see them again in a heartbeat 💗
Shitty when they play their new stuff, magical when they FINALLY play their old stuff!
Based off of the cost of your individual ticket plus the abominable price of food and drinks, you would think the Budweiser Stadium owners would be able to afford a few more speakers so those of us that sit on the lawn could have a more involved experience. Now, some may say,”that’s what you get when you buy lawn tickets,” and they’d be right. It doesn’t have to be like that though. I go to concerts because I want to experience the band in person, not have them playing as background noise to all the drunk and drugged up people in the stadium. I really wanted to give this concert 2/5 stars, but that wouldn’t be fair to The Chicks. I’m sure they played great, I just wasn’t able to enjoy it due to the atmosphere.
Loved the concert. Been to many at this venue and always have lawn seats, but we found we command even tell which song was playing at some points. Needed to be louder. First time ever experiencing this.
It was a great night and when we could hear the band it was good. I couldn’t hear a word of what the performers were saying because the speakers were so bad. When we could hear the singing they were amazing!
