So much fun for a small concert size. Glorious Sons was very entertaining, sounded great and played Lots of good songs. Would definitely see them again.
Love this band! Seen at CJ’s in Kamloops in 2015-Great small venue. Saw them in Edmonton’s Sonic Festival(?)- ok venue. But this split arena Sandman Center Kamloops was perfect! Some seats and some floor. Band was alive and energetic after a rainy festival the night before. They love what they do and they love to do it for us fans. Played lots of early releases and some newer. Brett’s voice is getting smoother and more controlled. Steve is catching on and Pete is a good bass. Josh has the gyrations and strokes the keys intimately. Jay has it all! Adam leads with confidence and those muscles! Beat me!! Play me, Rock and Roll!!
The set was perfection. The experience amazing. It was the show I’m always jealous of seeing.
As usual, the Glorious Sons put on an energetic show while playing some of their best tunes. I'm already looking forward to the next time I get to see them live.
The glorious sons rocked it their music is fantastic and they have a great stage presence!
My girlfriends and I came via limo to see The Glorious Sons and they did not disappoint!! The show was amazing. We love this venue. However... when the show was over, earlier than we expected.. we tried waiting in the lobby for our ride that was over 15mins away, the security staff forced everyone out in minus temperatures. I could understand if there was a large group of people waiting (there was initially) and having everyone wait outside for fire safety reasons... however, when that group became minimal, maybe 25 people...I think as an act of hospitality, we should have been able to wait just inside the door. Everyone was huddled up outside by the doors because we were all freezing cold, trying to keep out of the wind. I really don't think it was an issue to have us wait in the warm lobby. Everyone waiting was more than respectful and would have appreciated the compassion.
At 61 we still like to be rocked by artists live. The Glorious Sons did this on this night as expected and being right in our hometown made it extra special. The band seemed to be extra grateful for all the fans in attendance which made it feel personal. Loved the show!! Thank you
The Glorious Sons rocked St Catherines it was a great show. I was disappointed The Blue Stones didnt open for them and they didnt introduce the band members. Thats why they got 4 out of 5 stars. Otherwise it was bang on
I’m a 53 year old who has always loved concerts and find it harder and harder for concerts to match up to what they were as recent as 10 years ago. These two bands (Glorious Sons and Brother Elsey) have reinstated my love for rock concerts!!!! Both were amazingly entertaining and the sound system and mixing was exceptional!!! I am a now a big fan of both and look forward to seeing both again sometime in the future and hopefully soon !!!! Brother Elsey was a surprising and incredible highlight to the show, an opening band that simply brought it, So glad we saw them and we will go out of our way to see them again!!!
This show was a long time coming for me, but it comes at a great moment in The Glorious Sons career. Over the years the band has racked up so many great songs. They cranked most of them out on Saturday night. Think I went in expecting a good show based on friends opinions on previous shows. But, the band floored me for sure on delivery and power. Every great musical act in my opinion delivers great rocking songs (Heavy) and great melodic compositions (Lightening). The singer, Brett didn't let up the whole night and could hear by the time the final song (Kill the Lights) came around that his voice was spent. To see the Hitz FM Rock Search winners back where the break came (St. Catharines) for them, at the biggest venue in the city, was a moment for sure.
One of the best performances you can see. Not just singing preforming. Everything from spoken poetry to lighting made this such a memorable concert. Loved every minute. Even the opening band was spectacular.
Great venue, quick line ups, lots of washrooms & vendors, not a bad seat in the house!
Great energy. Sound seemed strained to determine what song was being performed. Maybe due to our seat location?
I was blown away at how great they sounded Saturday night. It was a great night! My only complaint is of the air quality of the venue itself. It's awful. Everytime I come here I leave with a side throat and chapped lips becasue the air is so dry. It was extremely smokey in there Saturday night.
The Glorious Sons put on an absolutely AMAZING show in St. Catharines. Opening act, Brother Elsey were phenomenal! The Meridian Centre in St. Catharines is a great venue to see a concert...TGS sounded soooo good!
What a fun bunch of guys! Their energy, the foot-stomping, head bobbing music with lyrics that bring you in. Not only are The Sons approachable, but when Brett shares his magic, you get wrapped right in. Everyone sings along from the crowd
An incident occurred in the seat that I was in and the floor staff there did absolutely nothing about it. I was about to leave when another woman working the door saw me leaving and actually took the time to listen to my concerns. A man she was working with put me in one of the best seats I’ve ever been in at a concert and I was able to see The Glorious Sons so close, it was incredible! I was seated right where they come off stage and go backstage so I could reach over the railing and touch them almost!!! It was the best night of my entire life, even though the beginning was a complete nightmare. The Sons put on amazing concert and my 2024 is already so much more better because of it! This is my second concert that I’ve saw of them; the first was at the Richardson Stadium in Kingston in 2019, which was an awesome concert as well. I can’t wait to see them again and again! Thank you for an outstanding show!
The Glorious Sons went Above & Beyond to make sure everyone witnessed the best show they have ever put on and the everyone had a perfect night to ring in the new year. They didn't take a break, just tried to fit in all their best songs & even a surprise cover. If you haven't seen them live, you are missing out. Happy New Year 🥳 Sons. You certainly Rocked It 🎶 🎸 🎤
the boys get better every time. amazing kingston is a great place for concerts
Concert perfect. Slow to get in due to ticket phone challenges before me delayed delayed on phones Guest vomited in front of our group on floor and garbage can crowds walk on it not cleaned up although staff removed guest. Because of angle of seating a guest who stood and danced blocked our view from seeing stage at times
