The Glorious Sons are a Canadian rock band formed in Kingston, Ontario, in 2011. Since releasing their JUNO-nominated debut album The Union (2014), the chart-topping band has released multiple No. 1 singles in Canada and the U.S., including 2017’s “S.O.S. (Sawed Off Shotgun)” — No. 1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Songs chart — and "Everything Is Alright," No. 1 on the Canadian Alternative charts. The band took home Rock Album of the Year at the JUNO Awards for their 2017 album, Young Beauties and Fools, and again for their third album, 2019’s A War on Everything. Known for triumphant and wild arena shows, The Glorious Sons embarked on The Glory Tour in 2023, and are set for a joint tour with Southall in 2024.

The Glorious Sons will tour throughout the summer of 2024. Apart from supporting Nickelback and The Smashing Pumpkins on select dates, respectively, the band will also play several headlining shows.

Blue Stones started off the night with a bang! This duo brought tons of energy and engaged the crowd. The Glorious Sons rocked the house. Brett commanded the stage, with every barefoot step he took! Great night. Great music. Great venue!

Show was amazing. Actually looking to see if there is another date I can attend. Crowd in the stands for the most boring. Come on people on your feet, dance around a bit, sing.

Blue stones started it off with a bang. Played a great set. Wish they played Lay or Grim. Glorious sons had energy from the start. 1st seeing them and great live show. Highly recommended both bands.

The performance was great. The band did an awesome job. The VIP experience was very disappointing. Hanging out in a small room with strangers for an hour with little room to move around. Felt like we we were cattle. The games they had to keep us busy was one ping pong table and another table with jenga blocks. A two person bar with crap drink choices just to go see a private acoustic show which was two songs and about three minutes of banter / questions from the crowd but you couldn’t hear the responses because he wasn’t speaking into his mic. As for VIP merch, a bandana and engraved flask is hardly worth the wait.
Have wanted see Glorious Sons for a long time; they certainly turned up on the night and didn't disappoint with a fantastic live set. Appreciate that it always takes a while to fine tune the levels during a live set, however, the first part was marred by poor sound. Things really picked up in the second half though when a sound guy actually went off headset, listened off centre axis and readjusted levels. Result was a great sonic improvement so then could focus on what we all turned up for......listening to a great band at the very top of their game. This is the only decent sized venue in Halifax, but is what it will always be - a concrete hockey stadium with really challenging acoustics.
Such an awesome show. They really put their entire heart and souls into performing for this show. It was one of those concerts where you could tell the band enjoyed performing and loved seeing/hearing the crowd enjoying their songs. Such an amazing night, would definitely go see them again!!
Saw them a few years ago in St John’s and thought they were good, saw them again this past weekend in Halifax and was blown away. Great show, great energy, great sound Looking forward to the next time to rock out with you guys
The show itself was great, but the line up for those going into the standing area was annoying at times when it was blocking our view of the stage. We’ll know for next time to not get that area.
The glorious sons Are one of best live bands I have seen. They sound just as good live. Small town people with real life problems make their music so much for relatable. Can’t wait to see them again

Amazing band! This was my second time seeing them and they just keep getting better. Grateful they came all the way to Sydney, Nova Scotia despite low ticket sales due to poor advertising on the CBRM side. Will definitely keep going to their shows :)
Great show, the Glorious Sons really knew how to rock. Lead singer Brett is very enthusiastic on stage and put on a great show. Band was very tight as well. Would definitely recommend this gem of a band!
