    The Host Made the Show

by L. G. on 2020-01-05Meridian Hall (formerly Sony Centre for the Performing Arts) - Toronto

The first half of the show was good but was not impressive. The 2nd half was great and worth the visit. The host was the best part of the show. Funny n so entertaining with his tricks. I would go again just to see him!

    Card Illusion

by Ma on 2020-01-05Meridian Hall (formerly Sony Centre for the Performing Arts) - Toronto

It was entertaining, the show is mostly for children who like card tricks though. I loved the host and the guy who can do dangerous stunts, the performers all did a good job. The show overall had 80% card tricks in my opinion and after a while the card tricks lost my interest.

We went as a Christmas gift to our kids

by Mom on 2020-01-05Meridian Hall (formerly Sony Centre for the Performing Arts) - Toronto

We went with our 10 yr old daughter & 7 yr old son. We also brought my 68 yr old mom. Every one of us had a great time. We all said afterwards how much fun the show was. The main MC of the show was hilarious and so talented. We would go back for another show if there was one.

Not as good as before. A short performance

by R. P. on 2020-01-05Meridian Hall (formerly Sony Centre for the Performing Arts) - Toronto

Not as dynamic as two years ago, this had more illusions using cards which lose something in a big venue.A good sense of humour in the entertainers’ presentations Some tricks were good , others a little flat. The big issue was that it was a very short show .......one hour and twenty minutes! Likely will pass next time the show arrives.

The whole family enjoyed this amazing show!!

by Sammyjo on 2020-01-05Meridian Hall (formerly Sony Centre for the Performing Arts) - Toronto

This entire show was spectacular right from the start to the end! We loved the hilarity built in, as well as the diversity of the acts in one big performance. There was definitely something for everyone and we would definitely see it again (and bring more friends along to enjoy it!).

Not worth the money paid for this performance

by Thomas on 2020-01-05Meridian Hall (formerly Sony Centre for the Performing Arts) - Toronto

Not worth the money paid for this performance. The magic is just so so but the ticket is too expensive.

    Mediocre at best

by Lou on 2020-01-04Meridian Hall (formerly Sony Centre for the Performing Arts) - Toronto

Although the MC was quite funny most of the time, there were many instances that lagged in time and that made some of the acts pretty transparent.

    A Great Family Show

by Jennifer on 2020-01-04Meridian Hall (formerly Sony Centre for the Performing Arts) - Toronto

The show was an amazing extension of the holiday season. Beautiful Holiday music accompanied the fascinating magic acts which really added to the warm feel of the show. The humour of the performers really enhanced the experience. We laughed so much and left truly feeling the magic and warmth of the season! I highly recommend this show to families, couples and singles alike. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

    Illusionists V2.0

by Fred on 2020-01-04Meridian Hall (formerly Sony Centre for the Performing Arts) - Toronto

Having seen this twice before over the years in Toronto I must say that this version suffered by comparison. While good, they didn't reach the levels of the shows I saw previously.

We saw the first show in Toronto, and loved it! The magicians were smooth, and very entertaining. Great family outing. We were a party of 7; 3 teens, 2 adults, 2 seniors, and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Good experience ,needs to be targeted to young audience

    by I. P. on 2020-01-03

In my opinion the performance is oriented to a very young audience, Unfortunately we were expecting a more high caliber tricks coming for Broadway. Never the less we spent a very nice family time. I would recommend this for families with young kids <15.

The Illusionists live up to expectations.

I saw some magic show on television over the years. Television show doesn't compare to a live performance. It will be difficult to watch magic show on television.
