The best band I have seen live next to Pink Floyd!!!
The killers concert in toronto was unbelievable. Brandon Flowers vocals were extremely precise and the songs were preformed were amazing. But more importantly The Killers really connected with the audience and gave the whole theatre a very powerful magical feeling.
Great concert. Lots of energy - amazing talent. Loved the opening band, Wolfmother, and special performance of Wolfmother and the Killers together. Only complaint too long of wait before start and between bands. Why do those Molson Amphitheatre people make you run across the stadium to get to the front?
this is my third time seeing them and they didnt disapoint !! looking forward to the next one
Fourth time seeing The Killers and I never leave disappointed!!
The Killers Rocked. Wolfmother was a perfect opening as well.
The Killers put on a very entertaining show. They have a strong following which added to the show intensity with crowd sing a longs and enthusiasm. They performed a number of songs from their new album plus their hits such as mr bright side and somebody told me. Light show with the video screen added extra enhancement to the show. They certainly do not disappoint their fans or even a casual listener.
Having just seen The Killers at Lollapalooza in Chicago and was blown away by their performance, I was hoping for a repeat performance again in Toronto. The concert was great my only comment is if you are going to see The Killers try to be fairly close to the stage as the atmosphere is a lot more fun.I was quite close to the stge in Chicago and the crowd was amazing, I was on the lawn this time and the crowd was a bit on the low key side. Otherwise, great concert, they sounded great and a fun night was had!
Amazing concert! The whole crowd was on their feet the full show, and the set list was just one great song after another. The lights, the set, everything was perfect! Highly recommend seeing this concert -- over and over again!
Hardcore and new Killers fans will enjoy this tour! Songs from the new album and some oldies but goodies are sung! One downside to our venue, the time between the cover band and the Killers was overkill (around 30 minutes). On the plus, the Acustics were amazing and so was the set at the Molson Amphitheatre (Toronto, Canada).
It took a while for the Killers to come on stage due to an elaborate lighting and stage set. Once they got on stage the Killers provided a very memorable and enjoyable concert. They started with Are We Human which surprised me but got the crowd singing and dancing right off the bat. They played a lot of stuff that I haven't heard before but really liked. I say that because I don't know a lot of their music apart what I hear on radio. The highlight was when they went into All the Things I have done and got everyone singing I've got soul but I'm not a soldier. At the climax of the song confetti was blasted into the crowd. Use of pyrotechnics and lighting was very elaborate and added to the experience. I figured it would be, after all they are from Vegas baby.
These guys know how to put on a show! The performance was upbeat and they were great in getting the fans invovled. The light show was amazing! There was a great mix of young and old fans and was a great evening for all to enjoy!
This show was awesome. So much energy. Crowd was great.
It was the best concert I've seen in quite some time. Simply amazing!!
The Killers sound great live - Brandon Flowers' voice is very good, not like some Top 40 bands who only sound good after the studio enhances the recording. The Killers used fun lights and video screens. Good mix of Hot Fuss hits and newer material from Sam's Town, and Sawdust. I was impressed by the show, and would see them again.
Last night I went to the Killers concert in Toronto and it was a great time! They had a really good sound - just like the CDs but in a cool, live way. They played non-stop 'till about 11:00 with very little talking or time between songs. Often they'd go straight into the next song without a pause. They played all my old favourites - When We Were Young, Mr. Brightside, All These Things That I've Done, Jenny Was a Friend of Mine, etc. They also played a bunch from their new album which were good. The last half of the show (the one with most of the big hits) was really high energy - the crowd was all dancing and having a great time. I would definitely go see them again!
This is the second show I've caught on this tour, but it was by far the better one. They played their entire catalogue, did three encores, and basically rocked out for 2 hours. The energy was incredible. Brandon Flowers sounded amazing. I'm very happy right now!
One of the best concerts I have been to in a while! The band was tight. Lighting and set were hot! Song list was great! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
What an incredible high-energy show. Musically perfect, note for note, and just relentless from the opening song to the last. No-one left the show dissappointed.
I saw the killer in Vancouver last year and my memories of them were that they were fabulous, so fabulous that I went on line to find and book them in Toronto (where we've recently move to). Much anticipated and excited. Got great seats... but overall I was a bit disappointed. Don't know if Brandon's voice was off, or whether the sound guys tuned the things incorrectly, or whether the guitar guy was completely off... but something just wasn't right.
