The Offspring are a punk rock band from Garden Grove, California. Led by founding member, lead vocalist and guitarist Dexter Holland since 1986, The Offspring have released 11 studio albums and sold over 40 million records globally. The band’s self-titled debut arrived in 1989, followed by 1992’s Ignition and 1994’s Smash. Bands were great. Venue was disorganized and not set up for a show of this size. No parking and poor access to venue. Stage setup was terrible.
The concert was unreal good, I haven't been to very many, but well worth the money. Makes me want to see them again.
All three bands did a great job ... but Sum 41 was spectacularly good!!! So much fun!!
wow so much fun for a 50+ person...sum 41 were a bit heavier for us - but well received
This is the second time I’ve seen The Offspring and I’d see them again! Their shows are so energetic and they’re so good. The time flies by so fast I wish it was a longer show. Also Sum41 was a great pairing for the show they were even better than I expected and had the same energetic vibe. All in all a great show!!
What a blast! Sum 41 was amazing and Offspring was the icing on the cake.
The Offspring were awesome. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was the sound was a little low frequency in spots but performance wise, Dexter and Noodles were bang on and had a great rapport with the audience. They did the hits and did them great. Sum 41 were great as well and were the icing on the cake.
Show was amazing great band great music lights and really interactive with the crowd
From Dinosaur Pile-Up to The Offspring, everything was amazing. I had never heard Dinosaur Pile-Up but I'm now a fan! Sum 41 and The Offspring were the bands I was there for and they did not disappoint. I was headbanging so hard, I was sore as heck the next day. 10/10 I'd go back on a second!
This was my first concert at the Avenir Centre. The Offspring, Sum 41 and Dinosaur Pile-Up were all put on awesome performances. The Avenir Centre is an awesome venue and it was an amazing experience.
The sound was awesome . The new avenir centre in moncton Nb is the best for rock concerts . Now all we need is for Metallica to come back 🤘🏽
The show was awesome, Sum 41 and Offspring definitely delivered!!!! Where the disappointment came in, and I know they don’t have any commitment after the show is done. I stood outside with my crutches for an hour and a half and watch Offspring and Sum 41 get in their transportation and leave without signing. There was me and 2-3 other people waiting. This is the first time in over 15 years I have seen this happen we all had posters and were looking for a quick autograph.
Good show, nice nostalgia. Venue is ok, expensive consestions
The Offspring were great as expected. Loved the venue size as it was relatively small and allowed for a more intimate experience but....the sound quality was not great. Both the opening band and The Offspring experienced cutting out of the main microphone a few times throughout the concert. I have seen The Offspring at Cowboy's tent and Max Bell (many years ago) and felt that both of these were much better venues.
These guys and still rock out. Great show! Loved the opening act, Calling all Captains
The Offspring performed fantastic, however the show was oversold and The Grey Eagle Casino is incapable of accommodating that amount of people.
They played so many awesome songs. Loved every minute. Only sucky part was no chairs at all.
It was absolutely awesome! I gained a new band to my playlist with the opening act, and got to meet them which was pretty cool, and the offspring was absolutely awesome, played all of my favourite songs and did NOT let me down :)
I am THE OFFSPRING fan for many many years and this was my first time seeing them LIVE! It was amazing show , play , they are in a really good shape. I loved the part where Dexter played the piano ! It was completely different experience with the OFFSPRING. They are not coming to Canada or Europe often , so I was really surprised to see them coming ALIVE AND KICKING!!! Excellent performance by all members! Recommend to everyone! Cheers!
The Offspring made a stop at Thunderbird Arena in Vancouver last night. A surprisingly young crowd filled it about half full, everyone else probably had their summer concert expense quota already used up. The band was very much relaxed, which resulted in a tight show. The set list was perfect, in addition to the usual 'Intermission' which is a total hoot! When the piano was brought out, no one knew a jaw-dropping solo version of 'Gone Away' was about to be played. A very nice touch, and it seemed to be the true intermission. A great night in an awesome venue with excellent sound - all you could ask for as far as melodic punk rock goes and just what the doctor ordered. On the other hand, it was a painful hour waiting for the (not one, but two) openers to finish their rambling. It seemed like no one except for the front floor crowd showed up for the warm-up acts, and that was only to hold their places in front of the stage for Offspring.
