The O'Jays Tickets

So excited to see the O’Jays but very disappointed in a few things. Firstly, Eddie Levert did not perform. Secondly, it took us longer to drive to the event than the length of the show which was about 75 minutes long. Expensive concert! Then the lady besides me thought it was a good idea to spray on a lot of perfume which was nauseating and the theatre should have a scent free environment. The smell was so distracting! Then the man in front of us told my husband to stop singing and to sing at home instead. Now my husband sings for a living so he wasn’t out of key and it was a concert! People sing at concerts! Those unkind comments were uncalled for and it really upset my husband. Almost forgot, the concession stands charge a ludicrous amount for their drinks and food. Be prepared. Otherwise, it was great!

Nostalgic, entertaining brought back many memories of my youthful days.

I've been in love with the O'Jays since the beginning. Their music brings back so many wonderful memories for me. I would love to see it all over again!! I'll be watching for future performances!! Thank you to the O'Jays for continuing to entertain us, you were all so amazing and the background pictures were beautiful.

A fun filled night with great music from a legendary band. The atmosphere was electric! I wish they had merch for sale.

I enjoyed the O’Jays concert . The sound and lighting was incredible . My seats were perfect . This was my first time at the Fallsview and I was pleasantly impressed

The O’Jays part of the concert was superb, better than at Fallsview Casino, Niagara Falls a few back. They are best on a full stage. Sadly the Isley’s part of the concert was lacking. I love me some Isley’s but Ronald needs to retire. Couldn’t hold his notes, had the audience and back up singers do most of the singing and he spent more time sitting than standing. About a third of the audience had already walked out by the time we did the same.

The show was great but, they need to be more strick at the FOX THEATRE it was a big booze party with people rooming up and down the eiles, it made it hard for the rest of us to watch the show!! They should stop the bar once the show starts!! For the respect of others and the singers. I will be seeing Tyler Perry's show live there and I hope it's not the same as it is very distracting and dis respectful!!

This was a first for us at the Fox theatre. The theatre was mind blowing in decor and the atmosphere was tremendous. The show was in bits and part s with endless intermissions it seemed but the Ojays and Sylistics were really good. The show opened with the Jones Girls and the acoustic sound was not quite right. As the show progressed the got it fixed and we were blown away with the multi talents of the artists. Great show! The stylish, friendly people of Detroit was just the icing on the cake!
