Fantastic show!!! They all have such distinct and different voices and are all amazing in their own way. I had shivers often and was brought to tears as well. They are what the beauty of music is all about. I hope they never stop sharing their gift of music with the world.

  • The Tenors

by Catheryn on 2023-12-04Club Regent Event Centre - WinnipegRating: 4 out of 5

The entire concert was breathtaking, inspirational and entertaining. This is the fourth or fifth time we have been to concerts with The Tenors. They have improved greatly since last year One can see and feel the comradely between all four of them. Having the Winnipeg Singers and Winnipeg Pops was an added bonus. Regarding the venue and audience - I wonder if some thought could be given to those who do not arrive in time and have to be shown their seats after the concert has started. Could the doors not be closed after a certain period of time and entry of late comers only at intermission.

  • Tenors review from Dec 1st /23 Winnipeg

by Jazz432 on 2023-12-04Club Regent Event Centre - WinnipegRating: 3 out of 5

A little disappointed this time .. have seen the Tenors a few times in the past and we didn't feel they were ' up to par '. Their first set was only 35 minutes long . Perhaps they were battling illness ..the instrumentation included backing tracks and I did notice a bit of lip synching going on . Their voices are beautiful when they harmonize , but I felt the repertoire allowed for more of a soloist approach - which wasn't what I paid to see . Often the brass swction was louder than the vocals. Not sure I would sound this kind of money again to hear them .

  • Amazing!

The concert was a very exciting show! The Tenors all have amazing voices. Each has unique talent. The song selection for Christmas and winter themes was well done. Wish they would come back every year!

  • A lovely kick off to the holiday season!

by DD on 2023-12-04Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

It was an evening of familiar tunes, beautifully rendered in a wonderful setting. Just a shame that the only night they were here in Clagary was a week night. Regardless, I’d go again even on a weeknight! Good show!

  • Underwhelming

We were surprisingly disappointed. It felt overproduced and a lack of connection somehow. A few of the quieter songs where we could hear the beautiful harmonies we were able to connect with, but over all it was definitely not something we would recommend to friends.

  • Almost Perfect

The Tenors concert was for the most part, amazing. The concert was delayed for 30+ minutes due to technical issues. Once on stage, it was obvious that they weren't resolved. The orchestra was very loud in comparison to the Tenors voices. I surprised that they were hard to hear. It was as if their microphones were muted. Thankfully after intermission, the issues were resolved and it was amazing!!!

The Tenors were as expected - amazing! My friend & I went together as a way to kickstart the ‘Christmas season’. Together, their voices rose up to the rafters and warmed the hearts of every fan. The Christmas spirit has been ignited! Thank you 🙏

  • Holiday Spirit - with a few opportunities to improve

by Uwe on 2023-12-01Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - CalgaryRating: 4 out of 5

It’s always wonderful to enjoy a concert with The Tenors. The 2 new artists are a great addition, especially the voice of the Sicilian tenor was beautiful. There were 2 things which I didn’t enjoy so much: 1) The amplified voices of the Tenors were so loud that you couldn’t hear the choir and some of the instruments were also overburdened by them. Their voices are great, they really don’t need so much technical (loud) support. 2) We expected a completely Holiday focused concert. However, there were 2 sequences in it which had nothing to do with Christmas and were pop music medleys… wrong selection in my humble opinion. We still had a great time and would go to their concert again (around 90 minutes concert time). Thank you!
