Tim Allen Tickets

The show was decent. Not the funniest comedian I've ever seen. It almost seemed that he was trying too hard at times. I almost enjoyed the warm up comedian better. There were some very funny moments however. The relationships between men and women is always good material.

I was a little concerned after we bought our tickets. Some of the online reviews I read suggested that he was quite vulgar. Nothing could be further from the truth. Tim Allen has me in stitches all night long. This wasn't a short show either. Unlike some other entertainers who think they can show up and leave in 45 mins Tim Allen did a full 90 minutes with us. Go see him he's great! No one can grunt like Tim Allen.

The Tim Allen show was outstanding. Tim can in one hour have you laughing for 60 minutes. The only disappointment was that is was to short. Tim must have had to catch a flight home for fathers day. The Venue at River Cree is weak and there are much better places in Edmonton for such a show.

He is funny : ) Wasn't quite as witty on his own as when he has back up!

He was a very entertaining act. He had some very funny observations about everyday life and his perception of it. We would definitely recommend this show to others.

Tim Allen was hilarious and the material for the comedy was good but the use of "hard core" swear words were not necessary - young people must be given examples of how they can communicate without the use of swear words to make themselves understood and succeed in life, such as becoming an entertaining comedian wherein the whole family could come and watch. The venue could be improved - maybe give the back rows some height with "bleacher" type platform so the performer could be viewed on stage as well as on the big screen.

I don't usually laugh at comedians but really liked Tim Allen. I thought he was hilarious! Lots of fun.

Enjoyed the show and had quite a few laughs. The opening act was really good too.

I have never actually seen a stand up comedien live before and man oh man am I sorry waited this long.Getting in the longggggggg line and waiting to get into the show was a pain! Perhaps an earlier door opening would be good!! Despite that the show was totally awesome. The opening act Lowell Sanders was great funny as all. He could laugh and make yo laugh.. He is right up there with the best. When Tim came on stage it was a lilttle dry I thought "gosh he isn't as funny as I thought." But oh was I mistaken! As he continued in his act the comedien that we all love came out with his shining armour on..Funny entertaining!! I laughed so hard that my eyes watered. I had quite the O'la racoon look going on by show end! It was hilarious. Would I go again?? You bet I would!!!

The show opener was awesome! Tim Allen, good jokes but lots of jokes that were too long. Wished there was more talk about Home Improvement or his movies. "The Venue" at River Cree is unacceptable. It's just a big tent put over a parking lot. I would not recommend "The Venue".

my husband and I always enjoyed home improvement, so we thought it would be great to see tim in person. We did not find him very funny and too fouled mouth. We were very disappointed. The comedian that was on before tim, we thought was great and so funny.

Loved Tim's opening act....I didn't catch his name as the show started before the lineup outside was seated. Tim started off with a montage on the big screen of clips from Home Improvement and movies. When he started his routine, quite frankly, his opening act was a hard act to follow and it seemed to take him a long time to get warmed up. By the end of his short, 1 hour show he was really funny. There were 2 big screens in the Venue and my thought was if I were sitting at the back and watching on the big screen I might as well be at home watching on my big screen TV. That would save me $80 for a 1 hr show. Even with the prerequisite standing "O" Allen did not return to the stage.

Tim was hilarious!! We laughed until our sides hurt- so did everyone else that was there. He is one of the funniest guys we have ever seen and will see him again if we ever get another chance.

Never seen his show before but really enjoyed it. Well worth it.

He had me rolling on the floor several times. It was a great performance, can't wait to see him again.

Very disappointing show. We expected a much better show than this. Waste of time and money.

I was disappointed. Tim did not have his audience unil the end of the show. Some very questionable comments. He was difficult to hear at times. Overall unimpressive.

the person who came on before him was very enteraining, fresh material. Tim's was mediocre, i expected because of his experience and talent, I would see more of what i have seen on tv, but he talked mostly f language which apparently draws the younger crowd.
