    Not that entertaining

by YYCentertainment on 2012-12-15The Wedding Pavillion - Calgary

Has all the things going for that a wedding you don't want to attend has. Cramped seating, poor food, bad PA system, corny jokes and bad acting. The whole thing drags out at times, needs a major re-work of timing - perhaps some better direction. All in all not worth the money.

    Tony and Tina's Wedding...

by BummedinYYC on 2012-12-10The Wedding Pavillion - Calgary

I've seen Tony and Tina's wedding before and I have to say I was a bit disappointed especially with the venue the Wedding Pavilion. Food was embarrassingly bad and service wasn't good either. The tables were so crammed in, that you couldn't enjoy anything. The tables are meant to seat 6 not NINE! Drinks were crazy expensive too. It was very difficult during the reception to hear or see the characters as the PA system was terrible. For $100 per ticket it was definitely not worth it..too bad guys! Was much more enjoyable last time in a small intimate venue with tables surrounding the main players so we could ALL enjoy it.

    Fantastic show!

by Sparkles1 on 2011-12-19The Wedding Pavillion - Calgary

I went with my family and all of us had a fantastic time. There was so much to see you couldn't possibly watch it all. The Wedding Pavilion is set up wonderfully. The food was good. When you ran out they brought more. Did not leave hungry that's for sure. Our favorite part was when the approximately 6'6 stripper took my 5'1 Dad onto the dance floor and slow danced with him. He was in seventh heaven. The bridesmaids were fun to watch. The nun was getting sloshed as the evening went on. The ex-boyfriend showing up at the wedding was a hoot. We danced and interacted with the actors and had a great time. I would recommend this show to everyone.

Toni and Tina's Wedding on a Blizzard Night!

by Sadanddissapointed on 2011-12-05The Wedding Pavillion - Calgary

We drove through the blizzard and somehow found the road to the Wedding Pavillion. We went in and was greeted like Family and I thought, "This is going to be a great night!" Within 10 minutes of being inside and being directed to our table, a MIGRAINE Headache hit me and I was in such pain I had to leave, just devestated. I have been waiting to see Toni and Tina for about 3 years and I had to leave due to a damn Migraine from the damn Blizzard. The drive was horrific! So, a hundred or so dollars down the drain - The Wedding and setup for Toni and Tina looked fantastic and so, we are going to try again next year! How I envied everyone who was able to stay and enjoy the Wedding, the Italian family, and the Italian food! Damn! I will recommend it to everyone even thought I got to experience the first 10 minutes!

Tony and Tina's wedding was AWESOME

by Sugar40 on 2011-12-05The wedding pavillion - Calgary, Alberta

From beginning to end, this dinner theater did not disappoint. The actors were absolutely fabulous, playing their parts exceptionally well. They chatted and interacted with us throughout the entire performance. Lots of great laughs, lots of great music (the singers were fantastic!) lots of dancing, drama, and a great dinner. What more could you ask for? I would recommend going with a group if possible and really going with the mindset to let loose, enjoy and become a part of the wedding. You won't be disappointed! :)

Tony & Tina's Wedding - you have to participate

by KareBear27 on 2011-11-23The Wedding Pavillion - Calgary

I really enjoyed this - because I participated. At first, my husband wasn't having a great time, but as soon as he decided to stop being so stubborn, he ended up having a great time. He even joined the conga line. I definitely recommend going with friends. We went, just the two of us, and we were stuck at a table where no one participated or interacted. The actors were great, and dinner was better than expected.

    Best Wedding EVER!

by Manytrees on 2011-11-21The Wedding Pavillion - Calgary

We weren't sure what to expect, but this was, by far, one of the best events we have ever attended. We had so much fun, especially being able to interact, and be part of the show itself. The meal was awesome, though as with most weddings, the chicken was dry. If you haven't seen Tony and Tina's Wedding you don't know what you are missing!

    Tony & Tina's Wedding

by sunshine50 on 2011-11-21The Wedding Pavillion - Calgary

The overall performance was excellent. We had great seats right in front of everything happening. There was great participation from the audience. The food on the other hand was not very good at all. The appy's were much better. The venue was also great. I would go again if I knew the food was going to be better.

    Was very eventful and entertaining

by neired on 2010-12-13The Wedding Pavillion - Calgary

Really enjoyed the varity of entertaining "events/twists ' that occured during the wedding. You thought you belonged to thed wedding at the end of the night, as the actorts circulated about the audience invoking participation and belong. The music and dance was very entertaining and enjoyable. The excelent food was served on platters to the table, and the guests circulated it. When a plate went empty, it was quickly replaced with more food, by the serving staff. There was definitely ample to eat. Could have had more than one station for delivering coffee. With all the movment about the room by the actors, and guests, it was hard to carry the coffee to far without getting bumped. Other wise very enjoyable. Could go again, as being in one part of the room, different things were happening in other parts of the room between actors and guests.

    Tina and Tony was Fabulous

by crazycat on 2010-12-12The Wedding Pavillion - Calgary

Tina and Tony was the best show we have encountered. Certainly worth the money. The food was fantastic. The actors terrific. We enjoyed our time there immensely. The venue was absolutely stunning (the wedding pavilion). They interacted with the audience, sat down and chatted with us. Being in the fantasy was just a hoot. I liked the music and alot of the crowd did dance. Just like a real wedding. All night something was going on and we were not bored. Lots to see and laugh about.

Best Wedding we've attended in a long time!

by RRandM on 2010-11-26The Wedding Pavillion - Calgary

We had heard from friends that this event was a lot of fun but we truly didn't know what to expect. There were so many interesting characters and action going on throughout the night we were forever looking around to make sure we weren't missing anything. On top of that the food was fantastic! Everytime our table got low on a dish, another full bowl would appear. The music was great - all the favorites that had people out of their chairs and dancing. The Wedding Pavillion is a perfect location for this event. It was elegant and just the right size to make you feel like you were at a real wedding. Having the chapel and reception area under one roof was great. If we get the chance, we will definitely go again and will bring a lot more people along with us. Thanks for a great evening!

This was an amazing production. The tiramisu dessert was fantastic, the meal was not the best, but the event was absolutely worth it all. Enjoy!

    Active and funny.

by Gema on 2010-11-22The Wedding Pavillion - Calgary

There was never a dull moment with something happening all the time. Great acting and singing. Food was great but would have liked a few quiet moments to enjoy the food. With action going on all the time I felt rushed while eating. That was minor though because the great entertainment made up for it. This is a show well worth seeing. The Wedding Pavillion was a great venue for this show.

Tony & Tina's Wedding was terrible!!

by redsoxx on 2010-11-22The Wedding Pavillion - Calgary

Tony & Tina's Wedding was incredibly disappointing. It was very expensive for a mediocre show. The food was served 2 hours after we got there and it was disguisting. The chicken was cold, the green beans were raw, and the penne was nothing but a simple pasta in tomato sauce. We didn't end out getting the coffee we were promised and the whole event was DEFINATELY NOT worth the $77 ticket price. I have tried to contact the producers of the show to get a refund, but they have not responded at all. DO NOT waste your money on this production. For $150, you can have a nice night out at an expensive restaurant and still have money left over for a better play or a movie at the very least. Tony & Tina's Wedding was garbage!
