Toopy and Binoo Tickets

Super cute for the little ones. Hey, it's a dancing rat...or mouse, or whatever he is. My son loved it. From a parent's perspective: - toys / logo'ed "stuff" AND the concession were cash only. That was rough. The nearest ATM was at a nearby gas station, none in the building. So bring your cash. - The event ticket takers and ushers were very good, and the show started right on time - a big plus. It's a really good venue overall - only wish they took C/C or at least provided an ATM. - lots of bathrooms, so no line ups with the little ones, also a plus.

My 2 and 4 year old loved it. The merchandise was reasonably priced. Max and Ruby merchandise was expensive. I like the reusing of costumes from the Backyardigans show if it keeps ticket prices lower. Honestly, the kids don't remember anyways.

I took my 5 year old daughter, and we had a great evening. She loved all the singing and seeing her favourite characters. She really thought the sheep were funny and liked them the best. We were quite impressed with the quality of the set and special effects - lots of colour, lights and the backdrop display was wonderful. The songs were upbeat and carried lovely messages, like using your imagination, smiling, laughter and the love of good friends. At intermission, my daughter pointed out that she didn't get why the show was named "Marshmallow Moon" but by the end, we understood it's meaning :) My only negative point was about the venue. I didn't see where souvenirs like posters and glow sticks were being sold, yet lots of kids had them and I was disappointed with the choice of snacks available. They only took cash, too, and there wasn't an ATM on site. So we were unable to buy souvenirs or get anything to eat, which did not help my daughter's mood. But the show itself was wonderful!

My daughter and niece had so much fun. That after each performance they kept asking it's not over yet? Even I was entertained.

Very true to the tv cartoon, lots of songs and fun for the little ones. It was my 2 year old's first time attending a concert and she really enjoyed it. She watched with wide eyes and danced along with the characters.

Funt times. My sons are 5 and 4 and they loved it.

The kids were dancing and laughing for the whole show! Anything that can keep a 5 and 2 year old entertain for that long is definitely worth recommending :)

It was really good. It's cool how they dress the actors in the costumes. The show is really awesome.

My kids (aged 5 and 7) really enjoyed the show. They are big fans of the cartoon. It was the perfect length (35 mins, 15 min intermission and then another 35 mins), the sets were simple, but very cute, and the characters and costumes were also very clever and cute (although I, personally, found Mrs. Octopus very annoying). The songs and dances were great, and the production was very true to the cartoon - which I really appreciated. We loved the theatre, too (Bell Centre for the Peforming Arts in Surrey). Great views from every seat, free parking and easy in and out - can't beat that! The merchandise for sale was awesome, too. I was sad that I didn't have $35 in cash to buy a Toopy and Binoo plush (no credit cards - need to bring cash), but I did have $10 to buy a blinking light thingy, that my kids enjoyed playing with during the show and now at home. They also had t-shirts and dvds (I think those were $15 and $20). Overall, I am glad I took the kids to the show. I don't frequent shows like this too often, as my kids don't typically sit through live shows without getting restless. No restless kids during this show! Highly recommended!
