Toronto Maple Leafs History
The Toronto Maple Leafs have 13 Stanley Cup Championships and seven division championships, with more than 60 former players, coaches and executives in the Hockey Hall of Fame. The Maple Leafs were one of the NHL's founding teams in 1917. They originally were known as the Arenas and then the St. Patricks before taking their current name in 1927 after Conn Smythe bought the franchise.
The team won two Stanley Cup Championships in the NHL's first five years and returned to the finals in 1932 behind the "Kid Line" of eventual Hall of Famers Charlie Conacher, Joe Primeau, and Busher Jackson. In 1942, they defeated the Detroit Red Wings in seven games to win the first of five Stanley Cup Championships under coach Hap Day. The addition the following year of center Ted Kennedy helped the Leafs maintain their dominance, and resulted in another title in 1951.
The Leafs won three Stanley Cup Championships in a row starting in 1962, and another in the 1966-1967 season, thanks to a roster brimming with players who would end up in the Hall of Fame: George Armstrong, Johnny Bower, Red Kelly, Dave Keon, Tim Horton, Allan Stanley, Bob Pulford, and Frank Mahovlich.
The team returned to the conference finals in 1992-1993 and 1993-1994, then again in 1998-1999—the latter trip powered by eventual franchise scoring leader Mats Sundin. The Maple Leafs have appeared in the Playoffs every year consecutively since 2017. The Toronto Maple Leafs have made the Playoffs a total of 74 times to date.

Good game of hockey to watch although we lost in overtime
Leafs played well but Boston took over and won easly Would of been better if the leafs won.
Great Game, The leafs outpowered outscored the Washington Capitals and Ovechkin.. great time!!!!!
The game was so exciting and fun... leafs lost in the shoot out
I only gave this 4 stars because our seats were obstructed view and that the Leafs played so poorly. But I always love going to the ACC and I had a great time with my wife and her dad and brother. Go Leafs go!
It was the first game my daughter has ever gone to! She was cheering for the Panthers, while the rest of us were cheering for Toronto. Well she was happy the Panthers won, we had a great time and it was fun for the family! We were up in the purple section, but we could see the entire game! I do really think that the leaf ticket prices are way to high, and to hard to get!! We would love to go to more but can't afford it. My kids would love to meet the players but we would never be able to afford tickets in the lower section.
I had Fun but they lost the game. The price was a bit high on line with no discount.
Rememberance ceremony was special and very moving. The game itself was less than memorable excepting for it being the first Leaf game I''ve attended that they have lost .
As I said the seats were awesome. Thankyou. The Air Canada Centre is cool. I watch all the Leaf games on TV but seeing it live is so much better. Looking forward to going again soon. It would have been a 5 star event accept that the Leafs had one of their bad games (they stunk)so the hockey was a negative. They won last night though, so I'm good!!
The seats were great. The spirits were running high. And the Leafs got killed. And to make matters worse I was surrounded by Bruins fans. But I can take it. I'm a 50 year Leafs fan and have seen them lose 40,000 ways. No big deal. Go Leafs go!
Bad bad bad.i don't know more i could say i should have watched this game at home.........
Even though Boston won 7-0 , was boring to watch but seats were good
great seats, great game and atmosphere. price is to high.
Amazing other then we lost booo. found sitting in the top row were more for the young crowd which was fun and sitting closer to the game is for more business professionals
Great game and seats. The price however was too high.
Excellent game, but the atmosphere in the arena was much like in a movie theater. I was hoping to see more action, more cheering, more screaming and more support for the Leafs. That gives wings to any player, and I am pretty sure ever player would give 110% every game, and eventually Toronto would become again a strong team. Looks like they feel they are writing an exam, they looked tensed, which is normal when 20,000 eyes are watching you and they don't say anything. It become too much like a social event, instead of remaining a competition.
What can I say? Entertaining game, lots of action and the crowd was into it. Who says the ACC is quiet? # former Barrie Colts got points for the Jets which was great to see. The only complaint is the obvious, the prices are insane at the ACC, from the tickets to the beer and popcorn. Guess that's why I only go once a year.
THIS GAME WAS AWESOME!!! LEAFS SENT IT TO A SHOOTOUT AND WON 4-3!!!!!!! WHOOO
Had a great time, plenty of festivities are always abound at the ACC. Tickets are pricey as are consessions but grab a burkie dog while your there, plenty to choose from and they are great!
