I sang my heart out & dance the night away, really felt so alive listening live to UB 40& seeing them up close was awesome. I hope to see them again they sound great just like their original music.
UB40 played like a band that has been playing around for many many years. Tight sound, great set. They still sound like they did in the beginning. Shaggy was the opening and although he's a great entertainer his set had lots of sound quality issues. He was getting frustrated and distracted by some of the issues not his fault but still affected the quality of his performance.
This is always such a great show. Really happy they played ‘Rat in da Kitchen’!
UB40 isn’t the same without Ali Campbell, his voice is UB40....they are fabulous live...loved it

Great venue at Rebel Toronto to see this iconic band. Played all the great songs. UB40 music is timeless. Band was tight. Good crowd. Shaggy was the perfect opening act. High energy and played all the favourites.
UB40 was amazing from beginning to end. Ali's voice was as amazing as it was when I saw him when he was 18. So many great memories were held in the songs they sang. Astro is a true showman. He was a force from the time he took the stage. The band, outrageous! The show is a must see for all UB40 fans.
At this more intimate venue than I have ever seen UB40 (or any of its offshoots) before, the sound and playlist were what I would have expected. Both Ali and Astro were in fine form and in fine voice. I tend to identify certain bands with the vocalists, so to hear Ali and Astro sing the songs that made UB40 famous was great for me. That they sounded so good only made the experience that much better. This was a fun evening!
