Took our flags away when we entered. Did not see anywhere about a no flag policy. Line ups for men's washrooms were a half hour wait and the ladies rooms were empty. Not cool
Great event. Took my son for his 18th birthday. We had a blast
Sold out crowd of 17,000 people. Fights were amazing. Definitely going back again
Loved every moment of it, from early prelims to prelims and main card. The ppv was worth it, electrifying crowd. And I witnessed the knockouts and submissions on same night for the first time✅
The ufc was an amazing experience. The whole production made the fans feal apart of the experience.
Needed Better Timing & More Organization. More Clarity of Whats Going On. I Could’ve Got a Better Ticket if Your Software/App Worked Better.
Took my son to his first mma fight was so great. He is definitely hooked now. So much better live. I've been to a few fights and i love them. Great cards. Will definitely return when the UFC returns to Vancouver.
Everything top to bottom was amazing. The atmosphere was great, and the UFC knows how to put on the best fan experience every weekend. If you are a fan of mixed martial arts, or contact sports, this is the event for you!
UFC 289 was incredible. Great week of events. Amazing performances by the fighters. I have been to UFC shows all over North America and I have never been disappointed. Thank you Dana for bring a show to my city. I hope to see another UFC event in Vancouver in the near future.
Initially thought ticket prices were really high, but after the event was over I understood that I did get great entertainment for the money. My grandson and I came from Saskatchewan and had a great bonding experience!
Was the coolest atmosphere ever, my first ufc event and boy did it deliver. Met so many fighters and witnessed some really great moments.
I took my 2 boys and 2 of their friends to UFC 289.We went to the weigh ins.Met Charles Jordaine at the Shark Club.Saw the whole event the following day.My boys and their friends were singled out during the early prelims to have a Jumbo Tron shot from one of the cameramen. They went down during the event and got a picture with Jasmine Jasudavicius. I was very impressed with the whole show.From all the great employees working hard to make it a great experience to all the awesome fans we met from all over. Paid for floor seats . Expected the seating to be more comfortable and well managed. Security let people walk in and out. Stand up during the fight, blocking our view. Cheap foldable chairs bunched into each other to the point abnoxious people rub up against you everytime they stand up. Ground was filled with debris, spilt alcohol, drinks, etc. I paid a premium price for a premium experience but I was truly dissatisfied with my first experience as a lifetime UFC fan.

The overall experienxe was good. Great atmosphere. This isnt a knock on the venue or experience. But they changed cards, added a good fight. But as a Canadian i felt shortchanged by the lineup, as if we were second rate.
My roommate and I got 13th row, floor seats so we were excited to see the walkouts and our Cowboy Cerrone fight in the main event. All the fights were great. Enjoyed the atmosphere of the arena with everyone cheering - even for the fighters we cheered against. Did not have 1 bad fan in the crowd to our awareness.
The event was really great! Security on the way in to the ushers was courteous and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Line up for food and beverage was way to long. Only few stands were open from 2-4 then more opened but shouldn’t have to wait that long for refreshments.
The fights were pretty decent not as exciting as 1st time but gotta pic with bruce buffer which made it worthwhile was a bit more money then 1st time parking was $35 right across the street from arena
Took my son to this for his 28th birthday. We are both long time UFC fans. We drove 700 kms to attend and had a very good time. Had no issues with anything to do with the event from the buying of the tickets to parking. The event itself was first class all the way! Feel I got my moneys worth and will definitely go again.
UFC is always a great event and the card surpassed expectations. As always though, as with virtually any modern event, the entire place reeked of pot from the beginning to the end. It may be legal now and I'm not against anyone smoking pot, but it isn't legal to be smoking anything in a public building. Even leaving the event, right outside the doors dozens of people are openly smoking right there, and no security or cops do anything about it - if they were smoking cigarettes they'd be fined or kicked out, it should be no different. Nobody wants to smell the equivalent of skunk BO for six hours but that's what an event in Vancouver is like.
