In 2012, renowned boy band Westlife released their Greatest Hits collection, delighting fans with the addition of four new songs to accompany their hit-heavy catalog of smash singles. This preceded the announcement of a new tour that generated such excitement that tickets sold out in a matter of minutes. The album debuted at No. 1 in Ireland and No. 4 in the UK, cementing Westlife’s long-running string of chart-topping studio successes. Westlife’s 2012 concerts in the UK and Ireland included back-to-back dates that sold 170,000 tickets over only two nights.

In 1999, the band released “Swear It Again,” which was their first number one single. More singles from their debut album, "Westlife," also topped the charts, including the double-sided single, “I Have a Dream/Seasons in the Sun,” which was the UK Christmas number one. Their string of successes continued with the release of their second album, "Coast to Coast," which included two more No. 1 singles, and before they were done, Westlife had set the record for the most consecutive No. 1 singles in the UK with seven chart-topping hits. Westlife continues to work in this chart-topping fashion, crafting singles and albums that touch audiences deeply and making their concerts and tours events that their fans anticipate with excitement. Westlife takes the mold of the boy band and breaks it. They lead rather than follow. They have sold over 50 million albums so far. Through 14 No. 1s and 26 top ten singles, it is clear that Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan, Mark Feehily and Shane Filan know how to live the Westlife.

    It's so amazing that I experienced to sing along with my childhood idols. I almost explode bcos of my excitement. Even if they aged enough, they never fail their fans. They're still the best.

    Thanks westlife for coming to Canada. Haven't seen them for a long time since I moved to Canada. Always enjoy their concert. But I hope it's longer maybe 2 hours or even 2.5 hrs. I think they only perform 1.5 hours. And I hope more old songs from first album and coast to coast album. But I enjoyed it... coz it's WESTLIFE!

    The concert was amazing!!! It was definitely a dream come true for me and was well worth the plane ride and hotel stay! I love those boys more than anything and i hope they will be back to Canada soon.

    This was the best experience. First of all I've waited all my life to see westlife. I love how it was a smaller venue rather than one or the bigger ones like Roger's or BMO. Really gave it an intimate setting. I can't explain the exhilaration... It was like my childhood just coming up to me. I was so tempted to go a second time. I wish they would come again

    I went to the 1st night show & was glad to have achieved another item on my bucket list in less than one month. Loving the nostalgia of all these UK bands I’ve listen to growing up in the 90’s finally touring North America. It was a dream to finally have seen Westlife live & experience their show first hand. Despite Mark’s absence & performing as a trio they still made it sound like a full group and brought the hits as I remembered them. We were lucky they kicked it off in Toronto for 3 nights & although it was Meridian Hall that place came to life. I can definitely seeing them coming back hopefully they don’t make us wait another 25 years lol. I do hope they come back with Mark because Toronto still can’t get enough of Westlife 💜💜💜

    Westlife was the very first boyband that I like and the first song that I heard was “My love”. Feel so emotional to hear it live for the very first time. Their vocals are absolutely amazing. Definitely go to see them again! What an amazing night!

    It’s nice to listen to their live voices. such a great experience and would love to see them again here at Toronto. Hoping. just a little bit sad because they’re missing someone but i got one of the best concerts i’ve been. i had so much fun. thankyou Westlife.

    I’ve been waiting for this. Last night was an awesome night… my number 1 boyband since 2000.. definitely will go again for their next concert if they will come back again here in Toronto.     My mom and I saw Westlife at Wembley Stadium in London, UK last summer and it was phenomenal! They had both power ballads and upbeat feel good songs that resulted in a well-rounded show! We are beyond excited Westlife is finally coming to Canada! 🇮🇪➡️🇨🇦
