The story line was totally clever, no less brilliant. The characters, particularly Gullinda & Alhaba, were extremely enjoyable and equally as talented. While the music was somewhat forgettable, the staging and overall performance was one of the best I've experienced. BRAVO!

My girlfriend, her daughter, my step-daughter and I went to see the opening night show. We had a great time, what a show! We would recommend this show to any family. The adult book was toned down so that any child would enjoy the production. It was witty, well sung and the choreography was enjoyable to watch. The orchestrations were lovely as well. 5 stars for us all!

Best musical I've ever been to. Everyone in the cast was fantastic...absolutely no weak performances in acting or singing. We left the theatre saying over and over how great the show was. Don't miss it!!

I saw Wicked the last time it was in Vancouver and instantly fell in love with it. I knew I would go see it again, the first chance I got. I was thrilled it when I found out that it was coming back to Vancouver and immediately bought a ticket, when the tickets went on sale. The show was wonderful. It was better than I remember and I enjoyed it immensely. Everything was perfect: the music, the decor, the dancing, the acting/singing. This is an amazing show that is sure to be named, one day, one of the greatest Broadway musicals of all time. It is truly unforgettable and I cannot wait to see it again!!!

What a surprise at the amount of humour portrayed by the two witches. Loved it! So many snippets of "real life" situations were on stage and the show kept me entertained throughout the evening. Beautiful background scenery and awesome costumes. I would see it again.

My spouse, seven-year old twins and I attended a matinee performance, and enjoyed the show immensely. You can look forward to beautiful costumes, dancing, set design, comedy (Glinda) and music that will have you humming days later.

Gelinda was a great character. The story wad great and touching. Very humourous.

I was delighted with every aspect of this amazing show! I had received mixed reviews from friends as to whether they liked it or not so finally decided to go see it for myself and just loved it!! The stage effects were very effective, the story line was much better than I had expected (I grew up with the Wizard of Oz where our family watched it once a year), the vocals were wonderful! I would go see this again.

Music, sets, acting, and comedy were great, but both my wife and I thought it was just missing something but we couldn't put our finger on it. Well worth seeing.

Saw originally in London 6 years ago. Thought that was amazing, this is an updated production but equally amazing. The two main characters have fantastic voices.

Absolutely loved it! Tied into the Wizard of Oz nicely explaining where the Tin Man, Cowardly Lion and Scarecrow came from. Took my 23 yr old daughter and we both had tears after only a few minutes in! Would recommend to anyone. Wish it was available on video though. Bought the soundtrack and continue to relive the story!

I went to see this production twice in Buffalo. The production was very well put together. The acting, musicianship and singing was second to none. I would highly recommend you jump at the chance to see it if it ever comes to your area. I give it 5 out of 5 stars
