William Prince was so engaging with us, the audience, down to earth, witty, and humble. He is a phenomenal singer (what a voice!) and storyteller. He left me Breathless with his talent and humbleness.
During two full hours of non-stop playing, William Prince and his band absolutely entranced 350 fans, new and old, in the packed West End Cultural Centre of Winnipeg! The occasion was official release of his second full album, but it turned out to be so much more incredibly personal and meaningful. In his own humble way, he shared honest stories of his life, good and bad, and the long journey to producing this album. His brother and sister were present, sitting under my balcony seat. Songs and stories were dedicated to them, and to William’s parents. He acknowledged the other three members of his band at least four times each. This is his nature and style. Two standing ovations, and a half-hour encore (during which nobody left) — that says it all!
I think I may have just attended one of the best concerts of my life!! William Prince you were absolutely amazing. You had me in tears for Mama & Eddy Boy and I had goosebumps for the new songs. I wish I had tickets to the next two shows!!
Prince’s baritone voice and soulful lyrics are an absolute pleasure to experience live. The band was fabulous too. I’m not a frequent concert-goer but I would definitely go to see him perform again.
William Prince is such a rare performer. He has all the mechanics, great player and amazing voice but the true magic is his sincere story telling. He tells you about his life, his family and his journey as a performer in such a humble way he makes the entire audience part of that journey.
William Prince uses beautiful song to tell his stories! This man will sing you into another place and time and you will go because his melodic voice is irresistible!

Seats, sound, artists were truly incredible. The venue provides such an intimate and unique experience. Audiences can feel part of the artist's set in a way. The small details of performing are viewed in real time. Justin's vocal range was impressive and he had a charming stage presence. William Prince provided a mature and confident sound and way of connecting to the audience. Both artists were class acts!
