Wind Rose is an Italian power metal band that formed in 2009 in Pisa, Tuscany. The quintet has released five albums, blending power metal and folk metal with orchestral elements. Inspired by the works of author J.R.R. Tolkien, Wind Rose's music and aesthetic have been dubbed "dwarven metal." With their symphonic sound and Tolkien-themed storytelling, Wind Rose has carved out a unique niche in the power and folk metal genres, captivating fans worldwide with their energetic live performances.

    I discovered Wind Rose last year when they came in with Rhapsody of Fire, and it was an awesome discovery! They didn't disappoint this time over either, and Xandria that did the first part was so very good! The crowd was insane, and my daughter had a quick little interaction with the King himself, acknowledging and laughing at an heart image she was projecting on her phone! Both band gave their all and it showed! Can't wait to see them back again!
