The WWE is the world's largest wrestling promotion corporation. Founded by Jess McMahon and Toots Mondt in 1953 as Capitol Wrestling Corporation, the organization now hosts more than 500 events per year across the globe. In 1982, McMahon’s grandson Vincent K. McMahon bought Capitol Wrestling and was fundamental to turning the WWE into a widespread and enduring sports entertainment product.
Initially, McMahon built up the WWE roster with future superstars such as Hulk Hogan, Roddy Piper and Jesse Ventura and launched the organization’s annual marquee event, WrestleMania, in 1985. Over the years, WrestleMania has offered plenty of unforgettable moments like the Hulk Hogan-André the Giant championship match in 1987, the generation-shifting face-off between Bret Hart and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin in 1997 and The Undertaker’s 21-year winning streak at the event. The WWE will celebrate the 40th annual WrestleMania in 2024.
By the late ’80s and early ’90s, there was a full roster of hardcore brawlers, including Shawn Michaels, Hart, Ric Flair and "Macho Man" Randy Savage, who were later joined by a new crop of “Attitude Era” stars such as Steve Austin, The Rock, Triple H and Mankind as the organization grew into a touring juggernaut. Another infusion of talent joined the WWE during the late aughts and early ’10s, including John Cena, Roman Reigns, Charlotte Flair, CM Punk, and Becky Lynch.
The WWE continued to reinvent itself as it created the separate Raw and SmackDown brands in 2002, launched various offshoot brands including the ECW and WWE NXT and introduced a 24/7 streaming network in 2014. The companies behind the WWE and mixed-martial arts promoter Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) merged into TKO Group Holdings in 2023.

It was a great event! Priced accordingly and kid friendly. My two kids really enjoyed their first WWE event!
We loved this event! The kids had a blast. It was awesome to see the oilers incorporated into the merchandise as well.
My sons loves Wwe. Thank the Wwe for Coming out this way. Hopefully they can come more often. Saw great matches and the athletes or superstars were really awesome. Crowd was into the event all night. Shout out to the superstars they put their body on the line. They make it look like any person can do it.
The storylines were not up to the mark. There were no surprises
Had a blast with my 8 year old! Can’t wait to see the big WWE events come back this way again!!
Without the Drama, this would be fairly boring show. Some good chants and chirps. Just a little too much dead time in between. Need something to fill the gaps.
enjoy my time at the match seats were great crowd was awesome Food was a bit expensive at the venue, but overall had a great time
The show was very well but together. Always a top notch production. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our night. We can't wait to attend our next WWE event.
All three shows were awesome the only complaint I had is there should be live commentating as well
I loved being able to see this in person. This group of fans is like no other, the crowd was amazing. The only thing that could have improved was having wwe themed cups/popcorn holders instead of cenators ones with the food. It wasn’t fitting for that event
WWE is awesome and my first in person event in about 15 years; they really put on a great show howeverrrrr... No places to take photos with my son that have large WWE banners, or cardboard cutouts of some headliners. We were ushered to the wrong seat because even the ushers are confused by the numbering of where the seats are. I thought for a sec I was scammed out of my tickets from the ticketmaster breach. What was good? The intro's' for each of the wrestlers, as well as the actual matches, the lazer lights, the crowd chants and the beer was cold, sort of.
Really satisfied with the Roster they had. Thought it was gonna be a cheap show because it’s in OTTAWA but I was pleasantly suprised
It was very nice It was a good experience and I love the entertainment and etc.
WWE put on a great show that my dad loved attending.
My daughter and I had an amazing experience for her first ever live WWE event. We will be back again.
I thought the show was amazing. I would definitely go again. The only gripe I have is that anything that was amplified, either speaking or music, was too loud and distorted. I was hoping for at least as good as on TV but was disappointed. Otherwise and excellent show!
I enjoyed immensely as it was very entertaining. and alot of fun. It was surprising to see certain Wrestlers that I haven't seen before: CM Punk, Liv Morgan and Dominik, Jey Uso, Bron Breaker, and Awesome Truth. Hopeful to see the Wrestlers again soon!!
Too much talking, not enough wrestling. No real big names facing each other, it was mediocre at best.
A+++ Exactly the show we hoped for. Lots of excitement and surprise. Hope they come back soon to eastern Canada.
It was entertaining and fun! I would definitely be going again. Live events are so good!
