Yo Gabba Gabba Live was... Awesooome!

by MarkRobles on 2011-11-15Queen Elizabeth Theatre - Vancouver

From beginning to end, what a wonderful ride! Good fun for everyone in the family, parents included. The familiar songs, the dancing... and what can be cooler than seeing our favorite characters from the TV come to real life! Granted, at first, my 2 year daughter was a little frightened at first that Muno, Foofa, Brobee, Toodee and Plex were just meters away from her and real... but by the second or third song, she eased into the comfort of her first concert and was eventually calling for them! Sing along was great, Biz Markie's set was hilarious (and cool... go Biz!) and as always, the lessons that come with every song (and the fact that they span multiple genres) made this one of the best experiences my daughter (and I) have had! A Must Go!

Yo gabba gabba live is awesome!

by midear on 2011-11-14Queen Elizabeth Theatre - Vancouver

I took my one year old daughter, my sister inlaw and my five month old niece and we all loved the show! Both of the girls had their eyes glued to the stage the whole time. My neice laughed with delight at the confetti and snow and my daughter was amazed to see the characers she sees on tv up close. They both loved the glow sticks and my daughter has been carrying hers around for days. The only negative thing I have to say is that the merch was pretty pricy. It was pretty much the same pices as merch at adult shows I have been to. I must say that I did still buy a t-shirt and glow sticks but might have bought more if it was less expensive.

Yo Gabba Gabba was ... AWWWESOOOOME!

by SmilingMama on 2011-11-14Queen Elizabeth Theatre - Vancouver

This was our 2nd year attending the event. Both times we got the party package deal so that we could do the meet and greet afterwards. Well worth the money spent. The staff and characters are super nice and friendly to talk to, and make the kids feel special the entire time. We were there right until the end, and DJ Lance paid attention to each of the kids. Thank you for that!

Interactive show, perhaps a little loud for little people ears, but still, music is fun, the kids loved to dance and see the characters live.

Great show! Very entertaining for the kids, lots of music, singing and dancing. The VIP package was fun, with personal pictures with all characters and a story time with DJ Lance and Leslie Hall.

Yo Gabba Gabba a must see for the whole family!

by Kerz on 2011-11-13Queen Elizabeth Theatre - Vancouver

I went to see this show with my husband a daughter 5 and son 6. I was going to buy tickets when the show advertised but instead bought it 2 days before the event. We were seated about 6 rows back so was close to the action. The show kicked off with an expolosive start and we all loved it. We had bits of crepe paper and shiny cut out strips falling on us and also other things during the show..i.e cut out leaves and fake snow. The sound was great and the songs were energetic and the dancing great. I would recommend this show and definately go back again. The day before the show a groupon went on sale selling tickets at $24 so i am guessing it wasnt a sell out performance. There were times when DJ Rock Lance asked us to get up and some parents did and I wanted to but felt bad as I was blocking views so sat back down. So all in all a great show. I would have loved it to go on a bit longer though. But in saying that the duration was perfect for under fives.

OMG! We Loved the Yo Gabba Gabba show! We sat up front and got to experience the many surprises falling from the ceiling (snow confetti, paper leaves and streamers). We really enjoyed DJ Lance and all of his friends. Thanks so much, Nikki and LilyRose

Listening & dancing to music is....Awesome! Our family had a great time at this show! The kids were excited and bopping around to their favourite YGG tunes (my husband & I were too!) Our 3 year old keeps asking when they will be back because DJ Lance said they would --- she can hardly wait to see them again! Great show!

by 1eyemonsta on 2011-09-24Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

The show was great. My kids love it! Good music, nice costumes, amazing stage. It's great that kids could go on the stage and jammed some tunes. Cool souvenirs. The show lasted for about an hour. One thing that could make an awesome show if the GabaGaba guys would come to the foyer to take pictures with the kids after the show.
