About

Zac Brown Band is a multi-platinum, Grammy-winning southern rock group fronted by founder and vocalist Zac Brown. After breaking out with their 9-times platinum hit "Chicken Fried” from debut album The Foundation in 2008, Zac Brown Band has released six studio albums, three EPs, and three live albums. The band have secured 17 Top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, 8 of which landed at No. 1. In addition to Brown, the band’s current lineup includes Jimmy De Martini, John Driskell Hopkins, Coy Bowles, Chris Fryar, Clay Cook, Matt Mangano, Daniel de los Reyes, and Caroline Jones, many of whom play multiple instruments within the ensemble. The band have cultivated an engaged fanbase and built a reputation for blending beachy country tunes with elements of rock, bluegrass, and folk, and their live shows often feature extended instrumental improvisation. Beyond his role within the band, Brown founded the label Southern Ground Artists (formerly Home Grown Music) and is heavily involved with philanthropic efforts through Camp Southern Ground. In 2017, Brown was honored with the Country Radio Seminar Artist Humanitarian Award.

    Zak Brown's smile said it all!!!! He was having as much fun at this concert as we all were!!! Everyone dancing! Everyone singing!! Everyone smiling from ear to ear!!! If you are privileged enough to take in this concert, get ready for his feel good vibe to last weeks later!

    We show up early. Didn't have best seats but were ok wit it, zac brown band had a curtain up right in everyone views so you couldn't see any of the opening acts.! So we sat there for like 2.5 hours drinking beer n eating cause wasn't much else to do . Then the band finally came on stage and dropped the curtain so we could see !! Oh which by the way was there shitty "big" entrance!! The music is great but by this time we were bored tired and the concert put us to sleep almost"! Zac brown band was not entertaining and should stick to radio!!Oh n the seats you shouldn't be selling them for the price you do!!! They are really bad seats so u should at least sell for cheap to maybe the less fortunate n that way people cen at least hear n see a bit of the music These fans like stop being so money Hungry! N put some cup holders in chairs maybe !!!

    Two opening acts were ok. First band was country music and they were good. Did not like the second act at all. Music was too rock/indie for my taste. But Zac Brown was great. Played for two hours. The arena sound wasn't the greatest. Reminded me of the old arena in Winnipeg. But was worth the drive to see Zac Brown!!

    What an evening!! The opening acts were great but ... Excellent 2 hour of concert entertainment by the ZBB!!!!t. They just wouldn't quit. !!!!! What an unbelievable way to celebrate my 50th birthday with my best girl friend.!!! Cant' wait for them to come back!!! Their musical talent is beyond words.

    This is the best concert I've been to in a long time!! I am more into rock so when my husband suggested we go, I wasn't jumping at the chance. I only had heard of the 'Chicken Fried' song so headed to the concert with zero expectations. From start to finish, I could not sit still! My toes were tapping the whole time! And to make things even better, they played 'Sandman' by Metallica, a Led Zepplin song and absolutely rocked 'Seven Bridges Road' by the Eagles! For the encore they ended it with 'The Devil Went Down to Georgia' by Charlie Daniels and played it even faster! Voices were bang on, Zac Brown, the fiddle player and the rest of the band played brilliantly. Overall an excellent show and well worth the entertainment dollar!

    The band was awesome however the sound system in Rexall place was terrible. The reverbiration in the building was terrrible. Edmonton should be selling tickets for half the price or fixing the situation. Very disappointed in the acoustics but loved Zac Brown.

    I was completely blown away by the talent and humble presence of the entire band. There was no show-boating, nor was there any one band member who received more attention than the others. It was amazing to watch such a talented group of musicians work together so well. The set list was very well thought out and covered every genre possible. From the lighting to the stage set up, it was just incredible.

    The show started right on time with the Stella's opening they sang a few songs and got the crowd going, then they finished and there was nothing for a long time. Finally the show got started again with another opening act, some chick who was travelling with them, she sang forever, slowwwwww songs that put the crowd to sleep. She had a great voice, but not for a concert. When she finally ended there was another break for a very long time. I don't know if there was something wrong, but by the time zac brown came on two hours after the concert was supposed to start, we were ready to go HOME. Zac Brown was excellent. Great entertainers. Too bad it hadn't started when we were awake enough to enjoy it.

    Loved the concert. I was familiar with the Stellas, but not the other opener. They were both ok, but seemed too quiet to keep my attention. The bonus of Lennon and Maisy was awesome!!! Zac Brown fills the auditorium with their beautiful harmonies!!

    Zac Brown doesn't seem to know what kind of show he wants to put on. The first half was more of a rock atmosphere with the really loud music & strive lights & the second part was more laid back & more of what I wanted. My biggest pet peeve at a concert is when the music drowns out the singer, I found this happening almost every song. I'll still buy there music, but I won't be going to another concert.
