About

Zac Brown Band is a multi-platinum, Grammy-winning southern rock group fronted by founder and vocalist Zac Brown. After breaking out with their 9-times platinum hit "Chicken Fried” from debut album The Foundation in 2008, Zac Brown Band has released six studio albums, three EPs, and three live albums. The band have secured 17 Top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, 8 of which landed at No. 1. In addition to Brown, the band’s current lineup includes Jimmy De Martini, John Driskell Hopkins, Coy Bowles, Chris Fryar, Clay Cook, Matt Mangano, Daniel de los Reyes, and Caroline Jones, many of whom play multiple instruments within the ensemble. The band have cultivated an engaged fanbase and built a reputation for blending beachy country tunes with elements of rock, bluegrass, and folk, and their live shows often feature extended instrumental improvisation. Beyond his role within the band, Brown founded the label Southern Ground Artists (formerly Home Grown Music) and is heavily involved with philanthropic efforts through Camp Southern Ground. In 2017, Brown was honored with the Country Radio Seminar Artist Humanitarian Award.

    Awesome, would recommend to anyone, country music fan or not. Cant wait too see them again. Would be great in a smaller venue(jubalee auditorium), sitting closer and better sound quality.

    The Zac Brown Band put on amazing show! The music and the energy was nonstop. I would definitely go to see them again. I wasn't a big fan of the opening acts though, but it was neat when they brought each of them back on stage to perform a song with them.

    Waited 3 years for Zac Brown to arrive in Calgary and they didn't disappoint! Zac Brown was probably the best country concert I've seen yet! They were amazing and are all so very talented. Sound was pretty decent too in the Saddledome.

    One of the best shows I have ever gone to. They grabbed you right from the start and held onto you for the whole show. You don't realize how many songs you know, and love until you're saying, "I love this song!" to every other song. Excellent covers (Enter Sandman, Devil went down to Georgia, Kashmir) Also great was the accoustic "variety show" midway through where they brought back out the opening acts to do "Waterfalls" by TLC and "At Last" by Etta James. My favourite of that though would have to be seeing Lennon and Maisy preforme "Hey Ho". What little sweethearts! Great show beginning to end. Zac Brown formed a connection with the crowd and never lost it for a second. I'd go again in a heart beat!

    The opening act was okay but Zac was great. He played all of his great songs. I joined the fan club and wished they would have offered the eat and greet before the show.

    This concert had two warm-up bands. The first one played really upbeat bluegrass and got the crowd pumped; the second one not so much. No matter because when Zac Brown hit the stage, the crowd went WILD and never dropped the energy throughout the entire concert which ran from 7pm to 10:45.A great evening. Would see these guys again in a heart-beat!!

    We weren't really sure what to expect when purchasing tickets for ZBB but I can say it was one of the best concerts ever. The Stella's opening was amazing, they got shafted. That Sarah girl was horrendous, I have never seen so many people nap in their seats or feel forced to clap. He could of down MUCH better on his opening act. ZBB's interaction with the crowd and opening acts is something I've never seen. I would recommend him to anyone and would defiantly see him again!!!

    This was the first concert I've ever been to and I have to say I was wildly impressed. Everything ran very smoothly overall, the videography on the rear screen and lighting was incredible. I thought their opening bands we're and interesting choice.. I think if they had someone more 'country' sounding as opposed to RnR people may have been able to get into the vibe a little bit better.

    I found the music was all at the same level of intensity and loudness, even when they played one of their slower, more ballad type songs they rocked it up too much. A little diversity in the intensity would have been interesting. Great musicians and singers and I love their music - on the radio. Did not like Dugas and the Stellas were ok. I did not like the little jam session in the middle of the concert. Sounded like they didn't know the music and hadn't practiced singing together. One of the best moments was the little girl singing although I still don't know who she and the other girl were because I could not understand the introduction.

    I've always enjoyed listening to zbb on the radio or their cd's, but when they started their show on stage I was quite surprised. Zbb was very high energy and outgoing. The blend between the sound of their instruments was great and the voices were an amazing harmony. All of their personal songs were just like the cd, but when they came out with their version of "Enter Sandman" that surprised the hell out of everyone and the crowd went crazy! Their superfast version of "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" pumped up the crowd. I've been to over 100 concerts anyone from Alan Jackson to Guns n Roses to Van Halen all when they were in their prime. Zbb's quality for sound, energy and overall puts the show I seen on Sunday in my top 3 favs of all time!

    You don't need fireworks to put off a spectacular show. Oh my goodness. After waiting almost 2 hours and listening to music that didn't relate to anything on my playlist, Zac Brown Band finally took the stage. And they didn't disappoint. With a playlist of all of their hit songs and a mix of Metallica and Charlie Daniels, they wowed us by doing an acoustic set that included Lennon and Maisy Stella, from the hit show Nashville. A definate must see!!!

    WOW!!!!! Hands down the BEST concert I have ever been to and I go to a lot... My husband is a punk heavy metal guy and he went with me and said without a doubt they are the best he has ever seen... Great energy and just AMAZING... Can't wait to see them again......

    Zac Brown Band was an awesome concert. I did not appreciate having to wait until 8:30 for the band to start but once they came on we were totally entertained for 2 hours. The adrenalin was flowing through the whole arena and the audience was upbeat and having fun. The band members are so very talented.
