Pretty much everything was amazing, the only issue we had was that both coat checks closed really quickly.. they knew how many tickets they sold. They should have been doubling up friends and groups. I shouldnt have had to hold my coat all night.
DC & Hooks are awesome. Toronto shows are the best. Nice little DnB mini set on this occasion, mixed-in with lots of dubstep and some house vibes.
Can’t wait to see them again next year! Hopefully they play at history again!
Bar service was quick and accessible , no line getting in, fast and easy entry . Only negative comment I have to make was about coat check. Many of us that came in later in the night had to hold our jackets in a crowded hot concert or run our jackets back out to the car on a cold day. There should be ample room for all guests to check their coats on a Dec event day or anytime during the winter months.
Zeds Dead never fails to put on a great show. This was my first time seeing them since Veld 2019 and I definitely wasn’t disappointed. Loved the energy, venue was perfect, and atmosphere was super positive and good vibes. Raving is just where it’s at! Definitely will be seeing them again
ADD MORE LASERSSS PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Venue ran out of space for coatcheck. Also no re-entry so you couldn’t go put your jacket in your car. Had to hold onto heavy winter jacket for the entire night. Music played was up and down. Went from hype to super chill real quick. Got boring 20 minutes in.
Beautiful and spacious venue. Lots of room to move around on the dance floor. I had high expectations for this venue given the hype, and I was not disappointed. My girlfriend and I had seats on the second level of the venue, which were significantly cheaper than GA/floor. The best part about this is that people with GA were not permitted to the second level, where far fewer tickets are sold. As a result, the second level was extremely spacious and there was TONS of room to dance and move around. No line for washrooms whatsoever. The staff were friendly and on more than one occasion went the extra mile to make our night memorable. The only negative comment would be that drinks were pricey ($13-15), but our bartender was dope and the drinks were as strong as he could have reasonably made them. At the end of the day, while this is on the higher end of the nightclub drink cost spectrum it isnt completely absurd. It would be nice for them to carry some of those steel bottles of cheap domestic beer as a <$10 option for the broke wooks that come for dubstep.
This was my firsr event back since lockdown and it was fun! I never thought ud like the headbanging music, but Zeds Dead knew how to mix in mainstream and hard beats. The security and crew we quick and helpful. History has sone high ceilings. Loved the show and venue!
