About

The Rolling Stones are one of the most influential and longest-lasting bands to cross over during the ’60s British Invasion. The group stands as one of the best-selling acts of all time with 200 million records sold worldwide, and is responsible for two of the highest-grossing tours of all time within the last two decades. Blending blues and rock, the first main lineup of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts broke out in 1965 with their first chart-topping album Out of Our Heads and back-to-back Hot 100 No. 1 singles “(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction” and “Get Off of My Cloud.” The group topped the Hot 100 again with 1966’s “Paint It, Black,” 1967’s “Ruby Tuesday” and 1969’s “Honky Tonk Women.” With the addition of guitarist Mick Taylor, The Rolling Stones released their second No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 with 1971’s Sticky Fingers, kicking off a streak of eight consecutive chart-topping debuts through 1981’s Tattoo You. Ronnie Wood made his debut as Taylor’s full-time replacement with 1978’s Some Girls, which hosted the group’s Hot 100 No. 1 “Miss You.” The Rolling Stones were the recipients of The Recording Academy’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 1987, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989. They collected their first of three career Grammy Awards in 1995. The group broke the record for highest-grossing tour in 1990 and reclaimed the top spot in 1995 and 2007, becoming the only band to headline the highest-grossing tour of the decade twice. The No Filter World Tour from 2017 to 2021 closed as the fifth highest-earning tour ever. Most recently, the band released their first album of original material in 18 years, 2023’s Hackney Diamonds.

Best outdoor concert I've ever seen

by Brian Jones on 2019-08-17CenturyLink Field - Seattle

It was awesome seeing men in their 70's playing and dancing like they were in their 20's. Mick, Ronnie, Keith, and Charlie you are the best Rockers ever!

    AN EVEN BIGGER BANG!!!

    by NikkiSixx91 on 2019-08-17CenturyLink Field - Seattle

Mick Jagger still had the moves. Charlie Watts still could hold a steady beat whilst still drumming like a robot. And Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood still sounded great on their guitars. THEY WERE SERIOUSLY UNREAL, AND BETTER THAN I ANTICIPATED!!! 🤘

    I go so much satisfaction!

by Eastend Sal on 2019-08-17CenturyLink Field - Seattle

I’ve been to so many great concerts in the last 5 years that going to the Rolling Stones for me was just a bucket list thing. After all I’ve never seen them and I thought they could never be as great as they were once before. This Seattle concert was not only great but it was EPIC! It was beyond my expectations and so memorable that I want to get on a plane and go see them again ! The Rolling Stones concert was the best ever concert experience for me yet !

    Amazing!

    by Scribby99 on 2019-08-17CenturyLink Field - Seattle

Loved the energy of the band and at their ages it's simply amazing! Took my 83 year old mom and we were row 10 on the floor and the people around us had so much fun singing and dancing especially one little boy rocking out with his mom was so cute. Drove 18 hours from Grande Prairie and visited many other attractions like the Space Needle (Chris Cornell statue), Hendrix grave and statue, Bruce & Brandon Lee graves, and various Kurt Cobain spots at Aberdeen and his mansion in Seattle. Was a trip I will never forget!!

    Great night

by Mike on 2019-08-17CenturyLink Field - Seattle

The Rolling Stones were great! Mick Jagger was in good form, the voice and moves are still there. Not like the old days, but the guy is 76 years old! Sound was not great, but not bad for a football stadium. Giant video screens were awesome. Tickets were obscenely expensive, but I just had to go, glad I did!

The concert was amazing, it exceeded my expectations. Mick and the boys still know how to play their music and perform! Century Link Field was a great venue.

    Outstanding!

by Me on 2019-08-17CenturyLink Field - Seattle

This was an amazing show. Rock royalty in action and they have not lost a beat. Absolutely outstanding. My wife and I go to a lot of shows, and this one ranks as one of the very best. Not only are they great musicians, they are also fabulous performers. Mick Jagger struts around the stage like a 20 year old and they play hit after hit after hit. Do yourself a favour and go and see the Rolling Stones. You will not be disappointed.

    Rolling Stones in Seattle

by Gramma Carol on 2019-08-17CenturyLink Field - Seattle

The concert was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME, the Stones sound even better than the last time I saw them in Edmonton, Alberta and still put on a fantastic show. The weather in Seattle and Century Link arena added to the perfect night. I’d go to every show if I could.

    Denver

by Barb on 2019-08-13Broncos Stadium At Mile High - Denver

Show was great! 2nd time seeing them live. Sound was wonderful. Wish they would have played more of their hits instead of Keith singing 2 songs and then there was at least 2 songs I did not hear of. The first concert I saw was better but they were 25 years younger then.....

The Rolling Stones - What's not to love?

by MStradling on 2019-07-14Burl’s Creek Event Grounds - Oro-Medonte

Everything one would expect from living Legends of Rock. Totally in control of everything; played all the hits the fans loved and had a great mixture of Canadian talent filling in the whole day.
