First time going to a goldeyes game and it was such a great experience!
Beautiful weather, great hot dogs, boring game and little between inning entertainment. Goldie not up to par, fewer games between innings. Goldeyes played poorly. Left early.
Wonderful venue, excellent food options, and good old baseball. Plan on attending as many games as possible.
I went to 3 games during the week and had a great time. Really nice ballpark with many food choices, good prices, craft beer and excellent sightlines. Fun time!
Fun and sunny and hot and we won small crowd sadly.
Love this team. they are fun to watch and the fans are in the game. We live in Ottawa and visit our son in Winnipeg. The Goldeyes are part of each visit.
Like baseball a lot or not at all, get out to see a game on a nice day. The experience is just as enjoyable as the game. Very fortunate to have a facility like this in Winnipeg. Only criticism: beer situation. Part of the experience is having a few cold ones and $10 is a mistake for Winnipeg and this caliber of sport. On top of that, if the only choice they provide is craft beer, paying $10 for something that might taste like a sock - and some of them do - isn't right. For a baseball park, I find the food prices quite fair.
Fun times. Entry fees reasonably priced. Great selection of food and drinks from local brewery’s. Really really good home opener fireworks display. Cost effective night out sporting event. Needs secure bicycle area. Cameras, security person
It was a perfect night for baseball as the weather was awesome. Also it was great to see the Goldeyes win their home opener. And the fireworks after were spectacular. All in all it was a grat night.
I have attended two of the Goldeye games so far and I am very impressed with the park, the concessions, the cleanliness, the staff, and the entertainment. My only concern was the Canadian and American flags that are flying on the top of the score board. They look old and faded and it would be a big improvement with new flags in the park
Couldn’t ask for a better home opener game. Always a great time watching the Goldeyes. Only negative thing about the venue is they could offer a selection of better beer. Not everyone like craft beers
My family and I went to a game while in Wpg. visiting family. We had never been to a baseball game. Great atmosphere, seats were fab, food was over the top for selection and value...and THERE WERE FIREWORKS AFTER!!! A GREAT FAMILY NIGHT AND TONS OF MEMORIES❤️
As always, loved the Goldeyes game. It helped that in the 8th inning they pulled into the lead with several great plays.
The weather was warm and sunny. The size of Shaw Park is more intimate than MLB baseball parks. Lots of entertainment and prizes that keep the fans engaged. My only 'complaint' is Sal's Kickin' Chicken coating was too thick and too hard, but the bun and fries were good.
There is something about the delicious aromas and crowd excitement that creates the perfect baseball park
Our fan experience was wonderful. We had not attended a game for 2 years. The food, the warm fans cheering even though the game started 1 and 1/2 hours later than scheduled due to a wet field. Thankyou, Goldeyes.
Being at the ball diamond is always a great experience. Its chill, fun, and entertaining for all ages
Not a good game as the Goldeyes didn’t seem to want to play. Very disappointed with Washington’s play for the third consecutive game I’ve attended!
Went on the Fracophone night and really appreciated the atmosphere.
