The Shaw park venue is great, as always, and the food concessions never fail to disappoint. However, the ball team did not communicate the reason for the 1.5 hour delay starting the game against KC. We fans did not know what was happening. Delaying to let the field dry for that period made no real sense as a reason!!
There was a fun variety of food. Two players from the other team took a few moments to talk to us. Just wish I had taken a picture. Definitely going back!
Was our first game & even though Goldeyes lost was a fun experience & even bought a Goldeyes T-shirt to wear at future games!
First time to game with son who has peanut allergy. Section C was the only "safe"area we could sit. You couldn't even see the home plate. Every time there was a crowd interactive event,( doing the chicken dance, etc.) our area was ignored. It was like we had the plague. Not Fun!!!!!
Recently my boyfriend and I attended a Goldeyes game. Haven't been in years. The game was exciting. Lots of inbetween innings entertainment. Well organized. Lots of snacks to pick from. My favorite is the lemonade stand. My boyfriend enjoyed the ice cold beer. The unexpected surprise was the best fireworks show I have seen in awhile. Will definitely go again!!!
Boring - too long of a game. Crowd were chatting with each other allthe time - a sign of a game not worth watching. Great weather, fabous fireworks.
The game was great, they didn't win but it was entertaining as always. This was the first time using the App, My only suggestion would be to give people more time to set up their accounts. I am 60 years old and technology is no longer my strong point.
I am feeling disappointed and frustrated with the “ giveaway” promotions at the Goldeye games.over the years attending the games I have not ever been able to receive whatever item they were “giving away”! They always “ run out” just before I arrive. Last Friday evening it was the same scenario. I was taking a special little boy to experience the Goldeye park and game . It was his first time and although he was excited about the fireworks following the game , he was most excited about getting the bobble head doll they were giving away. We arrived plenty early enough - an hour before game time and , as per usual, we’re told “ we just ran out! As an adult I find it disappointing however, to see a child so disappointed is pretty hard to take. Pretty fed up with this happening.
There were so many people in line at Goldie’s grill missed 2 innings. Could not place an online order at Goldie’s grill either during that time. Food was hot and quick once got to counter.
Was excited to try the baseball cap nachos and was very disappointed. The line up took forever then the staff were rude and the nachos weren’t good lots of cheese but wasn’t even melted pulse forgot to give me salsa & sour cream so had to go back. The game was ok but just took to long for me and my 6 year old son so had to miss the fireworks at the end which was a big reason why we wanted to go.
The game was way too long. Spent almost an hour after the game trying to get off the parking lot. The fireworks show at the end was nice, would have been great to know before we left our seats. Weather was perfect.
Games and experience was great!second game I’ve been to and starting to learn and enjoy the game more Only bad was the physical seat I had. Was cracked (broken)and uneven making the seat very uncomfortable by the end. Have excessive cushioning (lol) so it took a bit to have it effect my experience !!
My husband and I attended the Goldeyes game on Ausust 9th with our daughter, her husband and our three grandchildren. It was a great game and a good time was had by all!!!
Only after the whole process is over and tickets are confirmed do you get the message that you can only enter with a smart phone. What if you don't have a phone? Dead battery? Anything else? With accomodations for everything these days, it's hard to believe that 'tough shit' is the only response for this. Aside from that, the whole ticket process was excellent.

We always enjoy the baseball games!!! Was sad to see some of the seats broken and not flagged. One of them was ours. People in front of us were also sitting on broken seats. But hope they will have them fixed for next time. But all in all a very entertaining evening 👍🏻

The prices have gone up for Goldeyes games too. There were tons of empty seats. Going to a game is no longer an inexpensive family outing; as such, this will be our only game this season.
