Shen Yun Tickets

This was my first Shen Yun event. They were fabulous. Non stop action and excitement. I feel so priveleged to have watched such amazing Chinese Dancers and singers

This was a Christmas gift, so not something I would 'usually' buy tickets for. I had seen the commercials and it looked good, but attending the event in person really knocked my socks off! The live orchestra, the live interaction with the projected video, the elegant & vibrant costumes, the artistry of the dance, adn the storytelling of the performances along with the narration created an outstanding show. Yes, some 'acts' foucussed on current political culture and spirituality, but it was interwoven into their story that they were sharing and it did not feel too much to me. I would definitely recommend this as a unique experience, for any age group, to attend to be wowed and perhaps even have a sense of inspiriation at the end of the show!

It was an amazing cultural experience I loved the facing skills, the impression dancers were so light almost weightless, amazing costumes and breathtaking special effects My son had tears watching it Thank you

The tickets were a birthday present for my adult son, who, being with me at the show, helped to explain some of the historical and political messages enacted in some of the scenes. We both thought the dancers were very good and the colours and movements were extraordinary. It was an enjoyable outing indeed.

L’agilité des danseurs était remarquable. Ce que j’ai apprécié c’est la qualité du Français dégagé par l’animatrice. Une très belle attention. Bravo pour l’ensemble du spectacle.

Absolutely breathtaking! Plan to attend next year. My 90 year old mother loved it

Totally enjoyed the performance. I took my 90 year old mother and she couldn’t say enough about the show. We loved the individual stores. The backdrop stage and all the activities of the individuals going in and out of the scenery was amazing. Costumes were beautiful. Thanks so much for an awesome experience. We are planning on going next year

Everything was done to perfection and each performance was beautiful and inspiring. Everyone involved should be very proud of the experience they provided by sharing their talents, skills, and message!! A must see and I’ll be returning again for another show.

the propaganda was thick, the tickets were insanely over priced...the big screen behind the stage looks like 1980's cgi done by grade 9 highschool students, being attacked by chinese media as i walked out made me uncomfortable, and there was absolutely nothing "spectacular" about the over all performance as stated by the non stop advertising...the dancers and orchistra were decent, no complaints there, but this was basically a child level indoctrination attempt, and should have been priced accordingly...and children under 5 should have been allowed, they wouldnt get the propaganda anyhow..what happened to the days of Phantom and Les Miserables?

Great costumes and amazing feats performed by dancers. Especially enjoyed the transition from on stage to video screen.

While the dancers and musicians were amazing, the messaging pushed was not. Did not expect to be immersed in propaganda on what was supposed to be a cultural night out.

Stunning performance with amazing costumes. Definitely a must see for all ages. Captivating is a understatement and pictures can’t do this theatrical performance justice.

I was expecting it to be much more exciting. I honestly was thinking about leaving at the intermission ☹☹☹

I took my daughter and niece to see it as we had been wanting to for many years. We certainly were not disappointed! The costumes, music and dancing were something everyone should have an opportunity to watch. Dancers doing splits in mid-air, tumbling and putting their legs up by their ears was amazing! The scenic projections were so clever and added so much to the show and the stories being told. In my 91 years I have never seen anything so spectacular!!

Dancing was beautiful but was expecting more and some acrobatics. Also did not expect an MC for the show. Made it kind of cheesy. And did not expect political undertones. Would not recommend.

High class performance, overall and in details! Beautiful uplifting music, artistically designed vivid colours of the costumes, very expressive classical Chinese dance choreography, together with the stage performance combined with the digital 3 D background gave the audience a great performance to enjoy. You do not want to miss this remarkable performance and be able to enjoy the music and dance, and reflect on the high class of both musicians and dancers!

Overall the production was good. The costumes were lovely and colourful, the orchestra was stellar. Both my husband and I appreciated the incorporation of the big screen with the acts as well as breaking up the spectacle into manageable acts. We also loved the act with the lady playing the 2 stringed instrument (can't remember the name). I did notice some choreography was a bit off on occasions, and considering the price of tickets etc, I was a bit disappointed. There was also a bit of heavy religious notes to the production, most of the songs were about the creator etc. I did enjoy the show, but I didn't feel the overall price was worth the production.

The show was beautiful with magical dance and interpretation. The emotions watching were so powerful. Totally recommend Shen Yun performance.
