Buddy - the Buddy Holly Story (Touring) Tickets

In 28 Years, I have seen this show about 17 times in 12 theatres, so I am an "expert" ! This Travelling version is the stripped down item because they are always on the move. This cast was only 12 players. I have seen bigger productions of 17 or more, with full sets. (for instance one person of colour played both a black MC at The Apollo and a Spanish singer as Richie Valens!. In a full bigger show this would be two or three.)

Really enjoyed the story and the music! Fantastic! Would love to see again. Highly recommended!

This show was incredible! The entire cast was great and of course the very talented actor that played Buddy was first class. I took my 75 year old mother and she clapped and told me stories during the intermission as each song brought her memories. Watching that show made me wish I was born in that generation. One of the best shows I've ever seen. Fantastic musicians, singers and actors! Thank you!

The show started off a little dry, then..... OMG!!! Absolutely AMAZING!! This was hands down the best show I have seen in Edmonton. We had gone MANY MANY shows in the past 35 years but this one is the bomb!! Hope this comes back because we will certainly be back!

Second act is very slow - mixing was not great. Not enough vocals in uptempo numbers. It was okay and was glad the ticket was given to me.

Amazing show. I went with my elderly parents and really enjoyed the show myself. Wonderful story and great singing! I would see this show again.

First time in many years we went to a show at the Jubilee Auditorium and am very happy we did. We grew up in the Buddy Holly era and this show brought back many fond memories! The cast was excellent!!

The three of us really enjoyed the Buddy Holly Story show - it was humorous and very entertaining. The persons playing Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper, and Richie Valens had great voices.

The performers were excellent especially the performer portraying buddy holly Unfortunately the crowd was pretty quiet did not get into it very much

Excellent show. What would have been better is the telling of Buddy Holly's life story. The music was fantastic, but someone coming in for the first time would not be able to tell the story of Buddy from birth to death
