monster jam. copps coliseum.hamilton disaponted
by dan2010 on 2010-11-22Copps Coliseum - HamiltonRating: 1 out of 5My wife and I take our children yearly to the monster jam show at the rogers center in toronto. This year, we decided to take them to the copps coliseum show in hamilton. Well, what a disapointment. There were only 5 monster trucks, compared to the 10 or so that they have at the rogers center. The monster jam so called race was one line straight over 1 set of 4 cars. I truly believe that since they charged everyone full price, same as in toronto, we should have paid half price for the half a show they presented. Dont even get me going on the extra money we spent on the pit party, which took all of 10 minutes or so to see all the trucks AND stand in the lineup to get all the autographs. We were extremely disapointed to the point where we will seriously question the value of ever going to another monster jam show .Sorry folks, you struck oput miserably....
Fun family event
by yumymumy on 2010-11-22Copps Coliseum - HamiltonRating: 3 out of 5Had a good time. My sons ages 4 and 11 really enjoyed the show. I would of liked to have seen a bigger track with more room. The motorcross was a bonus, my son loved when they did flips in the air!
MonsterJam at Copps Coliseum Hamilton
by Older2 on 2010-11-22Copps Coliseum - HamiltonRating: 2 out of 5We took our 5 year old grandson for his birthday, as he loves MonsterJam on TV. We were disappointed with the show. The venue is just too small and unsuitable for a MonsterJam show. There seemed to be a lot of waiting time between the action happening. We did enjoy the motorcycle stunts and ATV races though. We would not go to this location again for MonsterJam. We will definitely try the Rogers Centre in Toronto next time. The upside was, we were able to purchase a 2-disc DVD for our grandson which featured most of his favourite MonsterJam trucks actually Racing and Freestyle. We really enjoyed watching that.
MONSTER JAM
by Scarface27 on 2010-11-22Copps Coliseum - HamiltonRating: 1 out of 5Don't get me wrong the Trucks where awesome to see and my two boys were excited to see the trucks, but there was not enough action, ex. jumping and racing, the Copps is a small area to have such a hugew event. Overall I would not be attending another show like this at the Copps, I went and seen Monster Jam in Toronto two years ago and that was good.....
Monster Jamilton
by Chrissy42 on 2010-11-22Copps Coliseum - HamiltonRating: 5 out of 5My 7 year old son and I go to every monster truck show within 100 km of Toronto, and this is one of our annual trips. Copps Colliseum is small compared to the Rogers Centre in Toronto, so its a very different kind of show, but all in all well worth the price of the ticket. The racing is not laps as the stadium floor, but rather, a drag race the length of a hockey rink. Despite the number of trucks (only 5) and the small venue, if you get good seats, it really is stunning. Good family fun.

A Loud Surprise!
by Yatesr on 2010-11-22Copps Coliseum - HamiltonRating: 4 out of 5A great Event.....but could have been longer. The performance was super and was a big Christmas gift surprise to our eleven year old Grandson. Monster Jam was loud, eventful and a show that will never be forgotten. Looking forward to the next Monster Jam. The show itself we all felt could have been longer. We had seen it in Toronto. That event went well over two hours or longer. Always room for improvement. More cars could be added to make it even a greater event. We will definately be back to the next MONSTER JAM!

Monster jam was an amazing show, The Monster Jam Drivers know how to entertain a crowd. It was definitely worth the 9 hours drive from Winnipeg.

Good for little kids
by werner32 on 2010-04-28Rexall - EdmontonRating: 3 out of 5Venue is way to small to accomodate these big trucks but my 4yr old had an amazing time. Will go again next time they are in town
Monster Jam was a JOKE!!
by Mizey on 2010-04-22MTS Centre - WinnipegRating: 1 out of 5Other than seeing some big names like Grave Digger and Medussa, this was way too short and not filled with any extras or fun. I take the family to Monster Spectacular often in Sask as the big names don't stop in the smaller venues, and every year the event is fantastic with lots of extras to make the event last about 2 1/2 to 3 hours long. In Winnipeg, Monster JAM was over in 1 hour!! (not incl the intermission). There was no excitement, no extras and a total waste of 12 hours of drive time from Sask to Winnipeg. The venue was great but the overall quality of the show was pretty much a joke and money grabber. Avoid any future Monster Jams and take your kids to more exciting events.
SUNDAY Show BORING
by PATSMOM on 2010-04-12MTS Centre - WinnipegRating: 3 out of 5My son was so excited to go, and the show was boring.....! Not much action. We waited for the Grave digger and he was the last for free form and his suspension broke and that was it! My son said "what, Its over?" . Very disappointing.

Full Boog-A-loo
by DBBlues on 2010-03-15MTS Centre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5It was a blast from the past having escalaber there. Its good to see the old trucks still kicking around who helped build the sport and this was the best in years. Glad to see the Chicago style racing as apposed to the side by side jump one set only racing.
Excellent but Short Show
by Shortshow on 2010-03-12MTS Centre - WinnipegRating: 4 out of 5Show could have been longer . Started at 2:00pm and ended at 3:40pm. Drove 4 hours to come see show and 4 hours home. Went to buy son a large youth t-shirt and was informed by staff that they didn't recieve any in that size.Tried to get him a adult small but sold out . The show was exciting but short.Impressed with trucks and dirt bikes.
Monster Jam was fun
by Santa on 2010-03-11MTS Centre - WinnipegRating: 4 out of 5My son and his friends and I had a great time. All aspects were fun, but the best parts were the demolition derby, the mountain bike tricks, and then the final open competition for the trucks. Pretty amazing!
monster jamm needs to be outside
by BiggerDog on 2010-03-09MTS Centre - WinnipegRating: 3 out of 5mts center too small. not enough trucks too much fumes.
Monster Jam
by olczyk16 on 2010-03-09MTS Centre - WinnipegRating: 2 out of 5Going to monster jam this year was disappointing, the whole event was an hour and a half, including a brief intermission. Two of the trucks were missing body parts, the drivers seemed like they were just coasting around, the whole thing seemed rushed.
