by sr1848 on 2023-07-18The crowd was awesome, the back-up band was awesome and of course, Alicia was awesome! I felt the volume was excessively loud, which made the experience uncomfortable. Nonetheless, I still feel it was a five-star show.

by PS on 2023-07-18So this was my first Alicia Keys concert and this time I took my 6-year-old daughter with me because she is such a huge fan. The two of us were there by 7:00 p.m. and to tell you waiting for Alicia Keys to start the concert on time was one thing we were looking forward to. Libianca started and only performed for a half hour but after she left we waited for 45 minutes for Alicia Keys to come out. It was just a lot of waiting around for people who showed up on time. And what's even more unfair is we paid a good amount of money for our seats. My daughter had higher expectations and I did too.

by andyc on 2023-07-18I really enjoyed the Alicia Keys concert. Alicia sang the great hits that we know and love her for. We were visiting Canada from the UK so the concert was part of the visit and the Scotiabank arena and experience was new to us. We found other concert go ers very friendly and were also really enjoying the concert. Only suggestions for improvement were the long lines for merchandise pre concert which could have put people off buying these items, and inevitably, as is the way with many entertainment locations, having to stand quite frequently in the row to allow people along the row to get past to get out and back (but understand that this is not unique to the Scotiabank arena). All in all we had a great time and massively enjoyed the experience of Alicia Keys live in concert.

Her set list was amazing and she has so much talent! A memory to last forever! Thank you Alicia Keys for an amazing show! Can’t wait until the next time!

by Rebecca on 2023-07-17Fantastic show! We took our 14 & 15 year old daughters to see Alicia Keys for their first concert experience and they couldn't have had a better time! The show was great, Alicia was amazing. The girls now the concert bug and can't wait to go and see another show!

If I had to give one critique however, it's that there could have been a bit more interaction with the audience, especially during the slow bits in the middle. That would have definitely held everyone's attention a bit more.

Im not sure what is going on with these concert ticket prices but thank you Alicia Keys for a wonderful concert that I could afford. You could have easily sold out at jacked up rates but kept it real for the average middle class person, Kudos to you,

by Kaushik on 2023-07-17I really appreciate Alicia Keys for the way she had structured her concert stage. Even from section 300 I could easily see her and I believe everyone could see her. There were no bad seats. And appreciate the pricing too. Lightings were amazing. Overall a best one so far
