An amazing artist that was poorly served by the production. Sounded like she was screaming all night over the pounding base. A few songs done with piano only were great. Unfortunately, it was really bad.

I saw Alicia keys for the first time about 10 years ago and I was scared that her current performance would not live up to that. I was so very wrong. Alicia gives an amazing Vocal performance that leaves you entertained for 2 hours. Beautiful, classy and such an amazingly talented performer. Truly a gem!

Good show in general with her singing all her hits at the end of the show. I perceived that the sound was not good and often the bass and drums reduced the sound of her voice. When she sang only with her piano it got better.
I only knew a few of her songs before going to this concert. But by the end I was a fan. All the songs were great!

Seats & sound quality were terrific- performance was wonderful & enjoyable. I still wish events start when it’s supposed to if it says 8:00 the star performer should be singing at that time & openers should be on beforehand
Alicia Keys knows how to put on a show. Her voice was great but her back up singer did a lot of the heavy lifting. The acoustics in the arena were off. Way too much base and we could not hear her clearly. Nor could we hear her speaking ver well and we were in the 100 level.

Her performance was perfect! Her voice is impeccable live; even better than when i listen to the actual song. She is a generational talent. One of the greatest all-time R&B artists and you can doubtlessly see why when you see her perform. I will be back every time she comes to Toronto! Thank you Alicia for such a memorable night!
Alicia Keys’ performance was soulful from start to finish. She dazzled with her strong and poignant vocals. Her set list was masterful - a great mix of her hits along with some deeps cuts and fun remixes. The 360 set was beautiful. Overall, fantastic concert - well worth it especially from the second row view. 😉
I took my 10 year old daughter to see Alicia Keys play live, and we both loved every moment of it. She was very engaging with the audience, the sound during the show was great, and we just love her music and her energy.
Alicia is just as amazing as 20 years ago! She never aged! Still gives us her best performance ! It was a great show also her special guest Libianca is so good! I recommend all of you must go to see her concert

I had previously never been to an Alicia Keys concert — and wow, this one was INCREDIBLE. Having only been marginally familiar with some of the bigger hits, I went in knowing NOTHING about her other music, but left a huge fan of songs I had never heard of before. I highly recommend going if you're afforded the chance in the future!
