The day of the concert, I was able to purchase a floor ticket for $44, it was a great last minute decision, had a lot of fun great, great concert it was my first time seeing Arcade fire. Will see them again for sure đť
Fantastic show by Arcade Fire. Super talented musicians that never disappoint.
The show was incredible! Arcade Fire sounded amazing! Crowd had beautiful energy. Minus 1 star for scotiabank arena not having coat check for a show in December.
Best band in the world! Had a great night and canât wait till they are back in town again.
Excellent set list , great atmosphere Enjoyed the overall experience
Arcade Fire is my favourite band - I have been lucky enough to see them 5 times and this show was by far my least favourite. I really wanted to enjoy it as much as all the others but a combination of the more mellow set list and the unfortunate small crowd made for it to be surprisingly underwhelming. Of course there were great moments and I still believe in their amazing talent and artistry, but I really wish there was more energy in the room. Hopefully Iâll get to see them again soon and it will be a better experience!
We trued to get refunds for tickets asca survivor if sexual assault, however attempts to reach Tickermaster for refunds were in vain. This was especially disheartening as both opening acts dropped. Shane on Ticketmaster and the media has been contacted.
All around awesesome! Great sound and visuals. Loved the second stage in the middle of GA area
Great music, high energy and great on stage presence, really enjoyed the concert!
Iâve got to say that with all the concerts I have been to, this was the most entertaining. The fact that the band members interacted with the audience, dancing among them was the highlight of my experience. Arcade Fire didnât enter on stage but through the audience which was very cool. Their expertise in playing multiple instruments, now thatâs talent! Loved this concert
I have wanted to see Arcade Fire ever since i first heard Wake Up which in my mind is one of the greatest songs of all time. The group sounded great, interacted with the crowd and made me proud to be a fan. This was my first experiance seeing them live but it won't be my last.
Beck pulled out as the opening act which dramatically reduced the excitement and draw for this show. Beck was replaced with a Haitian band who had talent, but their sound did NOT translate well over the sound system. Bands like this are best listened to acoustically. We tried to get into them, but the sub-par sound made it difficult. Between acts, there was a DJ employed to pump the audience up and prep them for the main act. The DJ was an EPIC fail. He was by FAR the worst DJ we had ever heard... we left our seats and hung out in the concourse until AF started to play. Arcade Fire were brilliant... loved their performance and the sound was much better than the opening act. The band entertained and kept the audience engaged through the entire set. For the venue, AF put on a better than expected performance and we thoroughly enjoyed them! At the end of the day, we were over all disappointed with the show.... had BECK opened and a different DJ were chosen, this could have been one of the best shows we had ever been to.
I think itâs bullshit that you arenât offering refunds for people who did not feel comfortable attending, and in doing so, supporting sexual misconduct allegations. poorly done.
What a great show! Arcade Fire sounded amazing. They played with high energy all night. There was lots of crowd interactions. It was simply amazing. I will definitely spend money to see them again and again!
Event was originally promoted as Arcade Fire and Beck but, when Beck dropped out, no option for refund or suitable replaced act was offered. It turned out to be a âtake it or leave it â situation.
Great show. Awesome to see so many people come up and celebrate Canadian artists. Awesome set list, performance, and pace. If I had the chance, I would have gone to both Toronto shows. Win did look a bit tired, which is not surprising. Regine really shined. 5 Stars!
I didn't go. I was disgusted and repulsed by the way your organization/company handeled this situation from August knowing the situation. You being aware, and staying silent, condone this. I am disgusted. If you are a female redeaing this, you support this and allow this. It makes me sad. I hope you don't experience what the claimants had our a daughter you have or coming. You feed the machine and turn a blind eye
Apart form the bad sound in the beginning , the concert was fantastic. I love their lyrics ..so relevant in this world and the wisdom they impart is always impressive . The music in this album is great . like a symphony in several parts. The light and the laser special effects were impressive . The venue was perfect for this concert.
Iâve been a massive Arcade Fire for about 15 years, have been wanting to see them live for so long, and finally did for the first time at Scotiabank. And the did not disappoint. Amazing live show. Theyâre so talented and incredible live. They didnât hold back, performing all their songs at 100%. Helps that thereâs 8-10 members in the band, so gives it a big sound and feel onstage. Light show was incredible. Costumes. Inflatable-armed tube mans at one point. Played most of their big hits, as well as a few songs from the new album. Theyâre still in their prime, so it wasnât even close to a letdown when they played new material (like a lot of bands once theyâve been around awhile). In fact, songs from the new album were a plus. Loved it. Had an amazing time. Skipped the opening band so canât comment, but were mildly disappointed Beck couldnât make it. But not a deal-breaker in the least
