Ari Lennox is a beautiful soul. Her voice is immaculate, live she sounds just like she does in the studio. She’s the real deal, thoroughly enjoyed the concert. The venu was proper too!

Her mic was ON. BEAUTIFUL voice, back up singers sang beautifully. Ari looked amazing and had such captivating stage presence. Loved the audience engagement. Definitely will see her again!

  • A whole vibe!

I really enjoyed myself. I love Ari!! Her two openers Jailen Josey and Alex Vaughn, have such amazing voices. Loved hearing them sing. Ari… let’s just say LIVE HER VOICE IS EVERYTHING!! The band and backup singers wonderful. The venue was large enough but still intimate. I’m still on a high from that night honestly. Things started later than expected, and we had to line up in a line the wrapped around the corner for more than 40 min. Ari apologized. I get it, hiccups happen and you want to make sure things meet the vision an expectations that you have as an artist/ creator. Truthfully the show made up for it, worth the wait! I have no complaints and I’m truly glad I was able to experience Ari Lennox in concert.

  • Ari was EVERYTHING!

    by C. M. on 2023-03-10History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

She was definitely worth the hour wait outside in the cold. She sang her hits, had her band mates really get their shine on and owned the stage! The vocals were vocal-ing! She looked absolutely stunning and had the sweetest energy! 2nd time seeing her and would highly recommend. Disappointed at the annoying individuals that chose to smoke cannabis inside the venue. Tried my best not to allow it to ruin and amazing night.

  • Ari Lennox was amazing the Venue not so much

by SamE on 2023-03-10History - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

First time coming to a concert at history and I have to say, they ruin my experience a little. Doors were at 7pm, my bf and myself didn’t get into the venue until 8:20pm. The staff at the door were moving so slow and it was freezing outside. I did hear they were having some issues that night but it took them forever to find a solution/fix the problem. We were in the mezzanine section and to get a server to come over and take a food order was almost impossible. I even went up to the “host/usher” and showed her where I was standing so I could get some service and no one came. I finally went to the bar thinking I could order there(nope). But the bartender did let the server Gabriella know I was looking for her and we were able to finally order something. But they had ran out of pizza! Wow. I will say Gabriella was amazing, the bartenders amazing. I just think waiting almost a hour and a half to get into the venue pissed me off. I would go to another concert at History just not in the winter time.

Ari was FANTASTIC! Worth the wait, the cold. Her vocals sound BETTER live — how’s that possible?!

  • Phenomenal Performance

    by A. B. on 2023-03-10Rating: 5 out of 5

This review is solely reflective of Ari and her band’s live performance. I’m so happy I went! Her voice, her singers, and her live band were all amazing and I loved the set list! Im not sure if this was the fault of her team or the venue, but the Toronto show did start very late. I’m not sure when the first opener started, but we got into the venue around 8:30 and missed her set. Alex Vaughn was great. Again, not sure what was going on with the lateness so I’m not pointing any fingers, but that was the only negative part of the evening — and it was quite cold that night!

  • Long line, hostile crowd

by Dale on 2023-03-10History - TorontoRating: 1 out of 5

Line was ridiculously long and OUTSIDE in the dead of winter. Made the crowd angry and we had a terrible experience. Hard to enjoy the concert

  • Ari Lennox was fanstastic

by Natalioni on 2023-03-10History - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

First and foremost, Ari Lennox was amazing (and Alex Vaughan too) but I will never return to this venue for a concert. Huge disorganized mess (over an hour after the scheduled door openings, they SLOWLY started to let people in, and once we got to the doors- one staff member said I must drunk for forgetting what would set off a metal detector? I had a watch and a lighter and passed through twice... Very off-putting, as I have worked service before so I try to be as kind as possible. I hope whatever is problem was, got settled later soon after me because I know we are all excited to finally get in and it just put me in a weird mood for a bit. Nonetheless, I would 110% see Ari Lennox again, any given day (please come back soon).
