The show was uniformly excellent, orchestra singers and dancers. And the audience was lively - a lot of fun. However NAC toilets are a bit of a mess during renovation.
I thoroughly enjoyed the show. Louise Pitre has an incredible voice.
A good show, I believe, but we were seated in the 3rd level loges and the acoustics are terrible. Could not hear the commentary or song lyrics. We checked with others in the box and they had the same complaint. My advice is never buy a ticket in the third level for any event. You can see but not hear.
Seeing Casablanca on the big screen with a live orchestra accompanying the movie was wonderful! What a great movie, with great live music - great combo.
This is one of our all time favourite movies. So excited to see it on the big screen with live music. Orchestra was beautiful and loved the music and of course enjoyed the movie. I guess because the movie was older, the sound would go tinny when the orchestra played. That was something that couldn't be helped. Still everything was magical. Would definitely go to something similar again.

An overpriced movie night. Uninspired music. The director, who we have loved in previous concerts, had no rapport with the audience and appeared bored.
NAC Orchestra is always at the top of their game. The two headliners really made the evening perfect with their mix of humor and vocals. Amazing singers.
We enjoyed the show and although not as great as previous evenings we have had at the NAC it was still a worthwhile evening and fantastic performances.
The NAC orchestra were amazing, good singers and great songs. Hope they plan to do music of 70s, music of 60s on their next concerts
We were a group of 4 expecting an upbeat get on your feet dance evening, instead it was filled with ballards, did not live up to the evening I anticipated based on the description of the venue.
Fantastic night of reminiscing and singing along to favourite tunes from the 80s. The conductor was very lively and engaging, attire worn by the orchestra was icing on the cake.
The show was a mixture of great music from the 80's, accompanied by the National Art Center Orchestra. In my opinion, it sounded better then the actual artists back in that era.
Overall an excellent performance that is entertaining and fun.
Full orchestra. 100 person choir. Simply amazing how all that noise becomes excellent music. It gives chills it's so powerfull. The marketing material was underwhelming, the actual show was fantastic. The host of the show was funny and talented. He certainly knows his msterial. Bonus that the 501st Legion was present.

Just an amazing show. All the 'Cirque' acts were amazing and the repertoire and the performance of the repertoire just perfect. Bravo to all involved!
This was an amazing show, lots of humour and fantastic music. I haven't been to many orchestral concerts before, but I was extremely pleased with the range and experience. Great combination of art! Would do it again.
We attended the June 23rd event "Cirque de la Symphonie". WOW, we were treated to magnificent and amazing night of music, acrobatics, laughs and a pleasant environment. This was truly a spectacular evening. I suggest the NAC replicate this type of event.
