About
Avril Lavigne is a multi-platinum singer-songwriter from Ontario, Canada. At just seventeen, she blazed a trail as one of the foremost voices of the pop-punk explosion of the early 2000s — thanks in large part to her 2002 smash debut album Let Go. Featuring Top 10 singles like “Complicated,” “Sk8er Boi” and “I’m With You,” the album went on to sell more than 16 million copies worldwide. Since then, Lavigne has gone on to release No. 1 albums like 2004’s Under My Skin and 2007’s The Best Damn Thing as well as 2011’s Goodbye Lullaby, 2013’s Avril Lavigne and 2019’s Head Above Water. The lights, the background videos (AMAZING), the fireworks, the smoke, the BALLS bouncing around were awesome, confetti, and of course most of all, her voice. She is also so kind and sweet, how she introduced and thanked her band for joining her on the tour, and also brought out her opening acts, 'girlfriends' and FeFe Dobson, to join her and thanked them, too. She also brought a fan on stage, who wanted her autograph to tattoo on her arm, and Avril wanted to make sure she signed her autograph nicely since it was going to be a tattoo. Artists whose fame has gone to their head would not care about that, but Avril cared. She's still as down-to-earth and genuine as ever. The people behind us kept yelling, "Hi Melissa", "there's Melissa"which is a hoax and was annoying to hear. Distracted us from the show and is disrespectful to someone as authentic as Avril Lavigne.

Brought me back to 90’s concerts complete with confetti, lights, fire, video screens and the big balls everyone hits in the audience, the way a concert should be. Avril put on such a great show. Huge energy with just the right amount of talking and singing to make the night truly one to remember! Hands down one of the best concerts I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many. Bravo Avril!!!

Was very disappointed to learn they performed at other venue for this tour but not ours. Avril was amazing though! The energy, quality of sound, playlist selection. All of it was fantastic. Surprised it was over so shortly though. I don’t think I’ve left a concert before 1030 before.

And Avril sounded amazing but I was expecting a bit more of a show from such a seasoned artist. The stage was a bit boring in my opinion, not much for props/decorations ect. Overall I prob wouldn’t go again.
