BIG WRECK IN CONCERT:
Beloved hard rockers Big Wreck have been bringing the ruckus since 1994, with no signs of slowing down. The band possesses a dynamic sound that can shift from hard rock to anthemic post-grunge all while still staying true to their unique style. At their live shows the band tears through popular tunes like "The Oaf (My Luck Is Wasted)" and the No. 1 smash hit "Albatross" alongside material from 2014's Ghosts with reckless abandon. With 20 years of touring experience under their belt, Big Wreck knows how to get ticket buyers headbanging at their rocking live sets.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Boston-based rock outfit Big Wreck formed in 1994 after the members met at the Berklee College of Music. They started to jam together and perform local shows near campus, eventually attracting attention from execs at Atlantic Records. They signed with the label and released their 1997 debut In Loving Memory Of..., which featured three Top 10 hits on the Canadian Alternative chart and a Top 10 on the US Mainstream Rock chart. Their widespread popularity throughout the Great White North -- where lead singer Ian Thornley grew up -- spawned several headlining tours in support of their breakout album. They followed up with 2001's The Pleasure and the Greed -- a popular album that featured three radio-friendly hits and continued to earn the band major acclaim. Since then they've released two more Top 10 albums including 2014's Ghosts and have proven themselves as mainstays within the rock genre. Fans can experience Big Wreckâs hit-filled catalog on full display whenever they take the stage on their high-octane tours.

Awesome show at OLG Stage in Niagara Falls, can't wait for the next one!
It's not every day that you get to watch a band open for another band with identical members. Ian Thornley and Big Wreck poured their hearts out on stage for all to witness. A musical dynasty spanning decades was on display, starting with the Thornley set, followed up by all the greatest tracks recorded by Big Wreck, what a night.
Amazing show at OLG Stage in Niagara Falls! Ian and the guys were amazing. Can not say enough about my experiences seeing Thornley and Big Wreck over the past few decades and many cities! They always put on a great show that captures their audeince. This one in particular seemed intimate and emotional. Lots of chit chat between band members and the audience - LOVE that! Plus, this venue is fantastic! There's not a bad seat in the house and you really get that intimate feeling with having a smaller audience that reaches everyone. Ushers were helpful and really kept an eye on anyone veering toward their "past due date"with whatever substance they had enjoyed that evening - and in a reasonable way! Much appreciated as neighbouring observers!
Big Wreck was so good, highly unrated band that shouldn't be missed. Venue was really nice too, only downside was their drink varieties, very limited considering they are in wine country. Overall, would highly recommend!
Awesome show. Royal Tusk sounded great. Thornley was incredible!
Just saw them in Stratford. It was my 13th time. This is one of the best live bands you will ever see, so tight, so loud and heavy in person. Name the band, I've probably seen them and Big Wreck has never disappointed. Ian is such a pro, such a talent. GO SEE THIS BAND!
The show was great and the venue was great. Would go back to see them again and would go back to this venue to see other bands.
I loved both of these bands Big Wreck and Texas King . They each played such great music had everyone singing and cheering along.
Wow Ian Thornley has some of the biggest talent there is out there. His vocals, guitar playing, and lyrical abilities are almost unparalled. I am beyond glad I didn't pass up this opportunity to see Big Wreck. To anyone who missed their chance, sorry but you truly neglected yourself from something special. As far as the venue goes, the packed theatre seating was really uncomfortable, but not unbarable. The sound is compressed in a smaller setting like that, so don't make the mistake I made, always bring your sound dampening earbuds!
Used to love big wreck saw them many times ..the last two times just loud noise and distortion Maybe they need a new sound tech.... dont know .Wont be seeing them again
Big Wreck did not disappoint. Great as usual. And History was a perfect venue. Amazing concert. Cheers and Rock on!
Big Wreck never fails to impress. The venue was great and the vibe was fantastic throughout the night. Beer could stand to be a bit cheaper though. Takes a bit of joy away paying that much
The concert was great, the sound was awesome. All the bands sounded great. The lead singer- guitar player of Big Wreck was amazing- his vocals were as good as they were 30 years ago. He can play guitar loke the best.. I was very impressed of his talented guitar playing. The back up bands sounded great.
I've seen Big Wreck 3 times this year and by far this was the best show I've seen in 2023. In total I've Seen Big Wreck about a dozen times in my life and I can't think of a better show than this.
Ian thornley plays guitar real wellđ¤đ¤đ¤they play the stuff folks wanna hear and do my it well.
An amazing night with Big Wreck...these guys really bring it...a solid performance full of energy and stellar sound just as i always remembered...this was a real Christmas present and Texas King is a tremendous ly entertaining band with really great tunes....so happy to see them open along with Daniel Greives who is also very talented ..made us laugh...we so enjoyed the whole evening ...time flys when your having fun
Very disappointed, first concert I have ever been to in which I was wanting to leave half way through, Texas Kings were amazing which really saved the whole evening for us, security at the event was also lacking as there were many disturbances on the floor with no real presence
We had a great time. The opening acts were fantastic and Big Wreck was awesome! The Club Regent Event Center is a great venue.
Excellent line up, fantastic music from all three artists!! Much appreciated. The only drawback was Big Wreckâs lighting set up. Super bright and I was sitting in row 26 centre. I felt like I was being blinded. Just closed my eyes and rocked out.
Amazing show! Ian and the boys always deliver! And also love the venue at Club Regent. Always a good time!
