What a venue, what a performance. Great ambience. One of the best venues I've been to.
Definitely the worst show I've seen in living memory.
Fantastic event and the venue was great for the number of people. They did not oversell so there was enough room to move and the sound system was good.
Wow! That's what repeatedly went through my head throughout the whole show. Bonobo really knows how to hypnotize the audience.
Bonobo with the band was absolutely unreal. It ended far too soon. I could've listened to them play for a week straight and still wanted more. Sweet dudes too. Would go again in a heart beat. Xoxox
Absolutely love bobobo. And the event had great promise. But the sound system was off, which is a real shame for the type of music. And the crowd was super chatty during the show. All detracted from the music / dancing.
Intro with electronica meshing slowly but perfectly each instrument Into accompany him. Mezmerizingly simplistic. Big words don't do justice ;$
Amazing, Bonobo was fantastic! Excellent musicians.
Those who weren't there really missed out. Bonobo makes wonderful music that is beautifully performed live. I'll go to every show he does in Vancouver, if possible.
They played a good mix of tunes from pretty much all their records, with an emphasis on The North Borders. Good sound quality!
I had never been to Danforth Music Hall nor seen Bonobo live. The venue was beautiful. The opening DJ was really impressive and exclaimed how similar his music style was to Bonobo's own. The music was fast paced, and the bass shook my rib cage... truly amazing to hear the sounds live. Bonobo's speedy mixture of songs from Days to Come, Black Sands and the new album were exciting and i couldn't wait to hear more!
It was an awesome night, great concert and venue! I wish they will come more often!
Bonobo was amazing! Not only did he wow me, I learned the guy plays bass, and that half his band changes instruments! It was like musical chairs. Great show with a great vibe. There was at least 8 people on stage at one time.. ridiculous. With a sold out show, I hope he comes back soon.
Better than expected- buy the tickets...you won't regret it....only part was they don't play until late...
The music was great! Musicians are very talented and there was plenty of soloing from all of them to really show it off. Singer was great as well! Must see!

Excellent performance by Bonobo and the band. Unfortunately, they didn't hit the stage until 10:45, which made for over 3 hrs of uncomfortable timewasting, while listening to annoying house music at the Rickshaw. You think they would have played some downtempo. The Rickshaw was really cold. I wore my jacket and hat the whole time. Lots of drunken young people all over the place. Was close to leaving around 10:30, but thankfully I stayed until Bonobo came on and made it worth it.
I loved Tokimonsta (the opening act) and Bonobo was amazing! Unfortunately it was pretty cold inside the theatre and Bonobo didn't hit the stage until just before 11pm, which was about 2 hours later than I would have wished. Awesome performance though!
