    FFDP and BB

by shredR on 2018-08-24Budweiser Stage - Toronto

FFDP was awesome. Really impressed! Great energy. Also the lead singer had great connection with the audience. BB did not have the same energy. Perhaps BB should have appeared before FFDP...I would have stayed to the end for sure. To be fair, I was there to see FFDP primarily; didn't know too much about BB.

    Just amazing

    by Sab1bssn on 2018-08-24Budweiser Stage - Toronto

Overall amazing, it was awesome and fun and i would do it again and again. Drinks were expensive but kind of figure it would be. Had a great time and it was a first time for my fiancee to be there. She had a really good time. Not a fan of being bugged by a drunk and his wife but i didn't care about that. I had amazing time and hope they all come back again.

FFDP was amazing! BB... not so much.

by AJourneyFanForLife on 2018-08-23Budweiser Stage - Toronto

Opening acts were excellent! FFDP was on point. Engaging the audience, delivering powerful sound that still sounded good, and keeping us wanting more. BB sounded fine, but were not nearly as exciting to watch, simply didn’t have the audience engagement and kind of killed the vibe.

Awesome Performance But Mosh Pit's Out of Control

    by Adaru32 on 2018-08-23Budweiser Stage - Toronto

Really enjoyed this concert! Glad I went (And had a great view to top it off). It's been ages since I've been to one. Last concert I went to was about 17 years ago (It was Kiss at what used to be called the 'Copps Coliseum', now is called 'FirstOntario Center' in Hamilton, during their 'bye bye' tour). Only problem I had was the mosh pit. Some people need to learn when to keep themselves contained. Others are trying to enjoy the show and don't want to be pushed and shoved around while trying to get great footage and living in the moment. My neighbour friend that tagged along with me even completely lost his glasses in that pit. I couldn't take any pictures of Breaking Benjamin, sadly (I only took a video of over 90% of their opening act. I didn't upload anything on my Youtube, just my Facebook), due to my camera being filled up. That's why I only have Five Finger Death Punch images to share. I need to upgrade my phone. But overall, great show. Highlight of my year.

Took my two daughters. They had an amazing time. All four bands were great. Death Punch and Breaking Benjamin never fail to impress.

    Breaking Benjamin was boring.

    by metalgod5 on 2018-08-23Budweiser Stage - Toronto

After getting my butt kicked by Five finger Death Punch. They know how to play to the crowd, get the crowd involved. Put on a great show. I was not a fan of Breaking Benjamin in the first place. but once they came on and watching them, I was even less of a fan. The singer has no stage presence, has no control over a crowd. His voice was not very good at all, all 3 singers sounded the same. Every song sounded the same to me. It was very lackluster to me and had no energy was very boring, even my wife and daughter who are fans of Breaking Benjamin were very dissapointed on how boring they were. I know I would never recommend anybody to see them and I will never see them again. It was disappointing that they were the headliner as Five Finger death Punch kicks their ass bigtime.

The floor tickets are the best. Can move around the floors and can get right in the action.

    Breaking Benjamin was awesome

    by Proudmom69 on 2018-08-23Budweiser Stage - Toronto

This concert event was by far the best. As a mother, I was able to get into the songs and rock just like my 16 year old daughter... All bands rocked...

    Breaking Benjamin was incredible!

    by Mercy1918 on 2018-08-23Budweiser Stage - Toronto

The concert was intense and incredible ...BB never disappoints. Five Finger Death Punch was good too. Although I went for BB, Bad Wolves was excellent and vibrant on stage. Only complaint is that BB's lighting was so dark on stage so it was hard to see at times.

    Decent

by Asche on 2018-08-23Budweiser Stage - Toronto

I've seen Breaking Benjamin numerous times and they've been consistently amazing. Unfortunately, this time was one of their weaker performances (which pains me to say since they are my favourite band and I go out of my way to see them each time they're nearby). Ben didn't have the stage presence that he usually does and seemed overshadowed by the others. Still, it was great to see them again and hear many of my favourite songs, along with a few new ones from their Ember album. Last time I saw FFDP I felt very disappointed, so I was hoping for more this time around. I felt like they started off strong, until they brought the kids on stage (which, although sweet, gets old once you've seen it happen over and over again). After that, it seemed to go downhill quite a bit. As usual, too much chit-chat. Maybe that's my personal preference, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to see these guys again. Nothing More blew me away. Their singer has so much energy and puts on a fantastic show. Bad Wolves were decent as well. Based on the seating chart I thought I'd gotten decent seats, but the second everyone stood up I couldn't see a thing. I'm not short either. It was very annoying.

    Five Finger Death Punch

by Anonymous on 2018-08-23Budweiser Stage - Toronto

What an awesome show. Killer lineup, all performances were off the hook. It started too early and the time changes made it hard for everyone to get to the venue on time to see Bad Wolves open. Thats a shame because they were great.
