    Five Finger Death Punch rocked

by PhilJ on 2018-08-23Budweiser Stage - Toronto

Five Finger Death Punch had a great set, lots of energy and in my opinion should headline and be given more time. 1 hour 20 min is a little short for $125/ ticket

Breaking Benjamin was just OK, sadly.

by Anonymous on 2018-08-23Budweiser Stage - Toronto

I had no problem with any of the opening bands except the main headliner. I've followed them for years and seen them at least 3 times at various events. I'm not sure if it's just bad luck or what, but BB sounds AMAZING in smaller venues. I've seen them at the Scotiabank Arena and now the Budweiser Stage and their microphones had hints of feedback during the show. Ben, didn't sing as often as I'd would've hoped and I actually ended up leaving early to catch the train. I was pretty disappointed with the performance. All the other bands did a great job building the pace of the show and gradually getting better, but BB kind of dropped the ball for me with their inconsistent sound on stage. I'd recommend they stick to indoor, smaller venues. Maybe they just have bad luck in arenas and larger spaces.

    the moment of a lifetime

by MaggieBer on 2015-09-21Métropolis - Montreal

The show was purely amazing, from the moment the opening bands took the stage to the moment of the encore. A little long to wait between the moment the doors opened and the start of the show though, but that is not related to the show itself.

    Breaking Benjamin was phenomenal!!

    by Shar0273 on 2015-09-18Sound Academy - Toronto

Starset was a great opener!! 10 Years was not as great as I was hoping they would be however. They are clearly a "better on the cd" band. Breaking Benjamin however was amazing... despite the 30 min delay to the stage. Great music, and they sounded perfect. Now the venue... the Sound Academy needs to be gutted. It was not feasible to get through the crowd to the smoking area, which was not in its normal spot. There are cracks in the walls, and tons of stinky broken tiles in the bathroom. When you are selling out shows, use some of the facility fee off my damn ticket for the actual facility. Or since you are making 400% on beverages, use some of that money!!

    Above expectation

by Ibanez on 2015-09-17Métropolis - Montreal

I had seen on Yahoo Concert Live concert earlier and his voice was totally gone. So I was going, but very scared of what I would hear. He ended up being very solid, and the bassist takes over for the screaming, and what a combination these two. Did not like the Queen cover, nor the Tool cover, but the rest of the show was very good. Happy I changed my mind and went. As for the opening acts, Starset have very good songs but there gimmick distracts from the music, WHYY all that. Ten Years, need to get a life. Trying way to hard to be cool and all that.

    Everyone was great!

by Deemon on 2015-09-16Metropolis - Montreal

Starset brought the "wows", 10 Years brought the craziness and the hype, and Breaking Benjamin was just perfect! Had a lot of fun, good spot, all artists were great and kind!

    Breaking Benjamin was the best!!

by CanadaChick on 2010-03-18Mid Hudson Civic Center - Poughkeepsie

The show was very good! Lots of great energy from the bands espeically Breaking Benjamin. The use of the screen and video really added a great touch. The tribute they did for the troops was very nice and was a great idea. My favourite part was the Dream On cover with all the past music legands playing!!!
