It was my first hockey game in Canada, it was awesome, thank you Hitmen, thank you Canada.
Value for experience is pretty good! Overall pretty satisfied.
A group a friends and I were on a trip. We wanted to catch a hockey game and opted to see the Hitmen play over the Flames. I had never been the the Saddle dome before. Upon entering I thought were on the closed portion of the rink. The place looked empty. Most of the stores were closed. Despite having around 3000 in attendance the rink appeared empty. Like a minor hockey turn out. It was very quiet. The hockey was fast and the game was great I just couldn’t get over how dead the atmosphere was. Nothing like watching WHL in a small barn when the rink sells out. Plus beers were 10 bucks. 🫤 … it’s the dub. Not the show…
WHL is amazing hockey, great game, great entertainment! But 60% of the seats were empty which was really disappointing
Had an amazing time with my family at an awesome event.
Where am I supposed to go to check my 50/50 tickets???? How do I know if my #'s were picked??
Went to see the calgary hitmen vs the tigers we won had a great view from 104
Went to the Bret ‘Hitman’ Hart game. Great pre-show, specialty items for sale, fast and fun junior hockey and post game wrestling matches. Even though the Hitmen lost (badly) they put on an amazing show and the value for money (I paid only $28.00 for a front row seat in the attack zone) is phenomenal! Highly recommend going on a theme night to get more fun, giveaways etc.
I like to watch the Olympics, but I don't crave seeing a hockey or football game. If I do attend a game in person, I prefer watching the Mount Royal University Cougars in the Flames Community Arena. The Calgary Hitmen played against the Red Deer Rebels, WHL. Before the start of the game, there was a ceremony showing off the newest jersey. The event was about half an hour, was boring, and had lots of hype. The hype might have affected the Hitmen because they lost 0-9. The Calgary team could not mount a coordinated offensive play, even during power play opportunities. In summary, the sound was too loud, so I couldn't talk with my friend, and the lights were garish. I prefer low-key hockey games. I am sure the Saddledome is ideal for a hockey enthusiast.
The Hitmen weren’t at their best. A 9-0 shutout is pretty lousy hockey, but this was my kids first ever live hockey experience and they loved every minute. The bonus wrestling match was just icing on the cake. The seats were fantastic and the Co-Op package deal was very affordable. 10/10 will go again.
Took my granddaughter to her first game and we had so much fun. Loved the experience she had.
Easy to find and easy to order. All went well and the Hitmen won!!
Good chicken strips. Some seats are right in line with walkways. Makes for distractions while game is on.
Took our kids to a Sunday Funday game for the first time. I know previously there used to be face painting, balloon animals, etc. for the kids. There was none of that. There was a small crowded table with science experiments. It was supposed to be Video Game themed, with staff dressed up in costumes. I saw only one staff member dressed up, who was taking out garbage. So overall the game and experience was fun, just don’t expect much specifically for the Funday part of it. I felt like The Dino’s did a better job with that.
Saddle dome needs to be replaced! Very dirty and outdated!!!
Greg night out with the sons…Connor did not disappoint! Only thing better would have been a Hitmen win. Great family entertainment.
I was ok with the price of the event. I realized after I paid for the tickets that I was dinged for insurance just minutes after I paid for the tickets. Therefore I paid 32$ insurance for nothing. Do you think I could get that $ back? Why are you selling insurance that is poorly described as “insurance” in the buying process? Thanks to this I won’t be attending any more games. In the end it cost 150$ for 4 to attend an “jr hockey game” after you throw in a lousy parking experience. That’s before we think about having a beverage.
