Chicago Bulls History

Founded in 1966, the Chicago Bulls are known for having one of the NBA's greatest dynasties. During their inaugural 1966–67 season, they posted a 33-48 record, which was the best by an expansion team in NBA history. They qualified for the playoffs and were the only NBA team to do so in their first season.

Between 1991 and 1998, the Chicago Bulls won six NBA championships, with two of them being three-peats. Leading the six championship teams were Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Famers Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and coach Phil Jackson. The Bulls are the only NBA franchise that have never lost an NBA Finals series. During the 1995–96 season, the Bulls became the first NBA team to win 70 games or more when they won a total of 72 games, which set an NBA record that remained until the 2015–16 season when the Golden State Warriors won 73 games.

The Bulls made waves again in the 2010–11 and 2011–12 seasons, led by Derrick Rose, the NBA’s youngest Most Valuable Player, and Defensive Player of the Year Joakim Noah.

    Home opener--meh

by ultimate on 2018-10-23United Center - Chicago

I chose this game as it was the home opener so I figured there would be a big event a show of it. We travelled from Alberta, Canada to watch the game and really there wasn't much of a show. There wasn't even a towel on the seats for fans. Having been to over 10 NHL home openers I was super disappointed, fans always leave with something!

Best seats every ... right behind Raptors bench. Worth travelling to Chicago from Toronto to support our team. We The North ... GO RAPTORS GO!

Too expensive for a poor game. Bulls are terrible!

    by fdm81 on 2017-10-31United Center - Chicago

The Bulls are terrible! It was great to see the OKC show first two quarters, the stars (Russel Westbrook, Carmelo Anthony, Paul George) were on and off in the third quarter but having only the bench (from both teams) playing in the fourth quarter was kinda disappointing. The whole experience was good - Cheerleaders, entertainment, Benny, etc, but the game was too poor... Looking back, I think it was way too expensive for a 300 level seat, maybe 40 bucks would be fair, definitely not $80!

Wish I could see it again live!

awesome game- Jimmy Butler on fire with Rondo. LeBron is a pro- so light on his feet for a big guy and everywhere- 40% off on jerseys!

    Bulls are fun to watch!

by Phanewf on 2013-11-18United Center - Chicago

Event was great, but the seats sucked. First row directly behind the net. I was so close but still couldn't see much of anything.

make sure you see where your seats are!

by madigan on 2012-10-12United Center - Chicago

Loved the game itself, I was just disapointed with the seats. The website didn't allow me to see exactly where I would be seated. So once at the venue I realized I was right behind the basket!! I would have prefered to be slightly on the side. Especially for the price I paid! It sucked that I was right behind the basket. Had I known, I would have purchased a different ticket. Couldn't see the action on my side of the court (had to rely on the big screen), could barely see the action on the other side of the court (had to lean to my right to catch a glimpse of the basket!!) so I was disappointed.

Bulls vs. Heat - Great vibe

by canadianballfan on 2012-03-21United Center - Chicago

Standing room tickets for us. Got there 2 and a half hours before game time. Street was jammed when the doors opened 1.5 hours before the start. We made a mad rush to the top of the United Center and got center court spots. Downside, we had to remain there for the duration and fend off others who circled looking for a place to stand. That was a long five hours of being on your feet!! The Bulls definitely over-sell the standing room area. Some areas go three people deep. At the end of the game when everyone was standing and cheering for the last minute of the game we could only watch the game on the tv screens above us, that sucked. But overall, fun time!! This is where the "real fans" watch the game.

Bulls game was great seats sucked

    by maydon2 on 2011-04-24United Center - Chicago

This was an awesome game! We were quite disappointed at the seats that we flew nearly 1500 miles to sit in. I was told when I ordered the tickets that I had a view of the full court and this was not the case as we had a hoop support right in front of us. I could have saved a fortune by staying home and watching this game on TV rather than the overhead screen. I did, however enjoy watching the Bulls and Steve Nash of the Phoenix Suns.
