DALLAS SMITH IN CONCERT:
Dallas Smith first rose to fame as the frontman of alternative rock band Default, but he's sure to rise even higher as a country rock solo artist. He's already earned comparisons to Keith Urban and Jason Aldean, and fans lucky enough to catch him live will have no trouble seeing why he's country's hottest new addition. BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Vancouver-born Dallas Smith launched his music career as the frontman of post-grunge rock group Default, who enjoyed considerable success in the early '00s with their hit single "Wasting My Time". Despite the group's success, country music beckoned to Smith, and in 2012 he released his solo debut album Jumped Right In, a collection of guitar-driven country jams that landed five singles on the Canadian Hot 100. Smith racked up award nominations including Country Album of the Year at the 2013 Juno Awards and Male Artist of the Year, Single of the Year, and Album of the Year by the Canadian Country Music Association. If 2013 wasn't busy enough he also embarked on a sold-out Canadian tour with Bob Seger, played alongside Jason Aldean, and signed with Republic Nashville. His first U.S. single "Trippin' Point" was co-written by Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard and went platinum in Canada. Smith finished 2014 by touring with Florida Georgia Line and working on his highly anticipated sophomore album.
Very disappointed that Dallas was not up to singing any more than two songs. And our consolation for that was we “could attend his concert on the upcoming spring tour”!! I was Very happy that Dean Brody was excellent as ever and Chad Brownlee was a nice treat, but I paid, largely, to see Dallas Smith perform.
What a great show! So many amazing artists. The venue was easy to get to and the sound was great! Loud!!!! The crowd was outstanding.
I think this was the shortest concert I’ve ever been to! For $120 and five artists playing I expected more than a couple of hours of music. Maybe they were in a hurry because it was the last show and they wanted to get home? I feel a bit ripped-off to be honest.
Such a great concert. The Reklaws got everyone hyped and put on a fun show. Having Dallas and Dean opening and singing each other’s songs was so cool. Wish Chad sang more songs but looking forward to his headlining show in the spring. Dean’s performance was flawless and Dallas, well, he never disappoints. Always amazing. The finale was a lot of fun to watch. Having everyone on stage including friends and family dancing’s snd singing along.
The Reklaws were fantastic. I loved that the concert started out with Dallas and Dean sharing the stage and helping to sing each other's songs - was very enjoyable, as they are who are headlining the show; I was disappointed that Chad Brownlee only sang two songs. Mackenzie Porter sang one. What a waste of talent to only give us a snippet. They were there, LET THEM SING. Would have been nice if there had been a restaurant within walking distance, like the one that used to be open next door. The lineups for beverages or food was absolutely ridiculously long, 1/2 hour wait to buy a beer, I'll think long before going out there again - it doesn't seem any better than the last concert I went to out there.

Dallas Smith put together a great concert, "Friends don't let friends to tour alone". The title says it all! the concert was full speed from the get go. It is clear that Dean Brody and Dallas Smith are friends and enjoy performing together. It was a wonderful night and the venue is great, not a bad seat in the house.
Best concert hands down! We go to a different concert every month! We travel all over just to watch our favorite bands. This was better then any superstar show. The concept of the 2 headliners singing each other songs was unbelievable. I've never been to such a high-energy concert. Have the headliners come in and out during the concert and finish with everybody. I would go see this every week. And the venue in Abbotsford as always was perfect. Thank you Dallas Smith and Dean Brody. Please come back soon

This was a fantastic concert. I've always liked the venue, and coupled with the incredible talent of all five of the entertainers, it put the concert over the top.
This was such a fun show! The Reklaws were an awesome opening act for the hilarious combination of Dallas Smith and Dean Brody. I initially went to see Dallas and didn't know any Dean Brody songs but DB made his set so much fun that it didn't matter if you knew songs. I will say that it was a touch loud. I know it's a concert but it made the vocals sound a bit like there was too much treble or not enough bass. Or maybe I'm just getting old; who knows! Overall, an incredible show!

Show was awesome....the beer lines up were terrible.
The light show was very intense and not friendly for people with epilepsy. Had a friend who didn't come because of the lighting.
I haven't missed a Dallas Smith concert in Kamloops. He always put on a fantastic show. The bonus was that we also got to enjoy the other performers

Great show!!! Love the venue but...having 1 beer tap in the concession is a joke. Also the concession behind section E shut down very early, it looked like others did not, as we kept seeing people with fresh drinks after our concession was closed.
All 4 acts were great. Loved having four performers
I loved all the different artists! It felt like a friends tour for sure. Thanks for the great night!
This was one of the best concerts I have seen. I love how there were multiple artists performing all through the night.
