About

Perhaps no other producer has contributed more to electronic dance music’s current ascendancy on Top 40 radio than David Guetta. Collaborating with everyone from Madonna to Lil Wayne, Guetta’s fusion of techno beats and pop hooks has been met with huge success, paving the way for a growing number of electronic dance acts at the top of the pop charts. Case in point is Guetta’s 2011 album Nothing But the Beat, which features an impressive array of collaborations including hit singles  “Sweat” with Snoop Dogg and “Titanium” featuring Sia. 2009’s One Love was a similar success, featuring the international No. 1 “When Love Takes Over (feat. Kelly Rowland)” and earning him a Grammy nomination for Best Electronic/Dance Album. Guetta cut his teeth as a DJ playing some of Paris’s hottest clubs in the ‘90s before releasing his debut album Just A Little More in 2002. A string of successful productions and collaborations in the 2000s would ultimately earn Guetta two Grammys and land him at the top of DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs list in 2011. On tour in 2013, Guetta has been impressing ticket buyers with his interactive live concerts and extensive array of surprise guest performers.

  • Worst concert ever !!

    Terrible, just terrible. Was this even a concert? Lots of newbies on here who have never been to true concerts. Hence, so many positive reviews. I have been to Ibiza, Sunburn, and some major festivals around the world. I didn't expect this concert to be anything close to those, but I still had expectations since it was "David Guetta" In reality, I will never go to a David Guetta concert again. Only played 1 or 2 of his songs, after we suffered the first 4.5 hrs with no name DJs. Then he was mixing other people's songs. What a waste of money !! Paid 80-100 bucks or so, to watch DG show up at 12:30 and be done by 2 am !!

    As an EDM DJ I have been the performer of many rave type parties but never have I been just a regular paying guest. This experience was amazing as my first time at a show of this size with a music icon such as David guetta.

    The show was great, just the long time (3hrs) for David Guetta to start was no great at all, but everything was incredible!!

    This show is not a concert at all, it's a rave. In our location the doors didn't open until 8pm and there were 4 opening acts. David didn't even come on until 1230am. Between 1230-130am he played 4 bars of one of his songs and the eat were just other peoples songs he re-mixed. The "concert" is a total waste of your money.

    VIP experience was a joke. Show was a big let down. Guetta did not show up until after 1 pm. By that time the crowd was completely wasted. Kids were passing out, getting sick and totally out of it. Never seen so much drug use in my life. Scary scene.

    Concert was great however for what we paid in VIP, the bar line ups were too long and we waited up to 20 min each time so more services should be provided. In addition it would have been nice to have washrooms available for the VIP area as those lines were close to 50 or more people in the general area. Was disappointed how far the VIP was from the stage and we ended up joining the crowd because of how far away it was. Artists however put on an amazing show.
