I have been to a countless amount of concerts in my life and Dermot Kennedy was by far the best!! I was going through a difficult time and every word he sung was so touching I pretty much bawled my eyes out the entire time 🤣 and that has never happened to me in public before. Slightly embarrassed but I'm sure I wasn't the only one. I can't wait to see him again ❤️
This was our first live concert with Dermot, I've been a fan of his music for a few years. His energy on stage is fantastic, and it easily tranfers to the energy of the crowd. You can feel his love for music, his gratefulness for what he does. I'm looking forward to more of his concerts, he is one of the few artists I'd watch over and over. Loved every moment ❤️
This man continues to put on the best live performances I have ever seen! I’ve been to half a dozen Dermot Kennedy shows and each one is better than the last. Do yourself a favour and buy the ticket!
I saw dermot kennedy for the first time on my 12 birthday (live in concert) I love him and his music so much I could not live without him he is literally the best he has such an amazing voice I love him so much I don't know what I would do without him in my life I only discovered him a couple years ago but he became something that I just cant go a day without listening to he is the best.Happy new years to everyone and I hope you all have an amazing 2024.
An incredible show! Enjoyed every moment from start to finish!
Everything about the show itself was wonderful. The one downside to the experience was needing to wait 40 minutes in line for merch. Unlike previous concerts at CTC, there were no merch stands available upstairs (200L/300L) so the only option was to get in line at the one counter in the front lobby (100L). With only 3 attendants, this understandably took very long and we unfortunately missed the opening acts as well.
Dermot. His band. The heart each of them put into their performances is out of this world. Meeting Dermot was everything I hoped it would be. He is exactly what I expected. Lovely, kind, genuine, humble, bashful. His band is the most talented group of musicians and singers. Wow.
Dermot puts on a show with his entire heart every time. He’s magnetic and brings us on a journey through his imaginative heart strings. Wouldn’t ever pass up an opportunity to see him.
I love Dermot Kennedy anyways, but he is incredible to see live! A brilliant voice, wonderful music and a truly engaging performer that really connects with the crowd.
Dermot Kennedy's concert was by far the BEST show I have ever been lucky enough to witness. He is such an amazing performer, his voice is just as good LIVE if not better!! His music is so moving, his words, everything about this show was beyond 5 STAR!! The lighting, the stage, the sound - hands down THE BEST!! Cannot wait to have him back at Roger's Place.
Dermot Kennedy is a true artist and a treasure to experience live. His music is so powerful, soulful, and his live performances leave you feeling like you have been a part of something genuine and raw. This was my 4th performance across 3 different countries, and he did not disappoint.
This was my second time seeing Dermot live, first time was in Vancouver May 2023. This time I purchased ticket on the floor and it was amazing! His voice is so powerful and everyone couldn’t help but sing a long with him. I can’t wait for Dermot to come back to Canada, I will definitely be attending again!
Truly the best concert I’ve been to. So much raw emotion is conveyed and you can tell he truly loves doing what he does. If you have a chance to see him live TAKE IT. 100% worth getting floor seats <3
The Dermot Kennedy concert was simply phenomenal. It was intimate, musically stunning and a was a beautiful compilation of his best works. I loved that is was simple, yet his videos up on the screen were meaningful and really enhanced the show. I'm still running on a high, three days later, from it all. Dermot is a class act and talented beyond his years. The Saddledome was a great venue and the sound was excellent. The openers, including Valley were very good choices and provided additional great entertainment.
Dermot and his band were phenomenal. They played song, after song, after song. Every single song was even better than the recordings. Everything about it was perfection!
Spectacular show put on by Dermot Kennedy. The energy was awesome in Rogers Place. It was awesome to see him headline a show there. The first show I caught of his in Edmonton was at Union Hall... love seeing him grow and play for bigger audiences!!!
Highly recommend seeing DK live. An absolute banger of a performer, would definitely go again.
As much as I love Dermont, I could have gotten a better show at home. Sound was great, performance was severely lacking. He is an artist much more suited to small venues.
Hands down one of the best concerts I ever been to. In Edmonton we don’t get many artists coming to perform so it was amazing that one of my favourite came to my home city and I didn’t have to travel. Will 100% go again if the opportunity arises :)
The best concert of my life!!! I'm actually sad I can't experience thay energy everyday! If I could re-live it over and over I would!!! Dermot and his entourage put on an amazing show and it was so emotional! I have a hard time putting into words what an experience I had! I was a massive fan before the show, but even more now! Any chance I get to see him I will make happen!! Thank you Dermot!!!
