There was no 5 minute warning light at the start, so people were scrambling and stumbling in, trying to find their seat(s). A mish mash of turbulence for at least 15 mins..people talking, flashlights, cell phones and general fluffing while the late ones settled down, meanwhile, we were trying to listen to the play. Then there was the smell of old oil from the deep fryer for donuts and french fries, the sound of corn popping and the vendors making noise. The sound from the actors was loud enough but the actors were still trying too hard to talk loud making the conversation choppy..it just did not flow. Then Security had to come by and hush the people behind us because they were talking very loud as they must have thought this was a hockey game because it was being held in the ice arena. Terrible terrible place to hold a play like this.
