    Alright

by ABella on 2011-11-28Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

The skaters were really good and experienced, very entertaining. But the story line was not the same, they added a bunch of other Disney characters into what is suppose to be "Toy Story 3" it was a bit confusing. Also it was confusing when they would jump from scene to scene a lot, not like the movie, they cut out a lot of the movie. But overall it was still entertaining and fun to watch.

Toy Story 3, a memorable event.

by artfull on 2011-11-28Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

Overall event was good. The audio system was not the best, a little tinny. Would not recommend to under 5 years. Our 3 year cried thru the first half.

    SPEND! SPEND! SPEND!

by TWINNIE on 2011-11-28Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

What a disgraceful display of aggresive marketing........every which way you turned, we where 'confronted' by toys, drinks, lights......everything three or even four times more than it was worth. kiddies drinks $12.00...the kids where going crazy, wanting everything they saw, 'of course'......as if the tickets were not expensive enough. The venue was horrible, the seats where so tight together we could'nt fit our legs in and I'm only 5'3" tall. The guy behind us complained all the way thru, it must have been painful for him. The show was great for about 15 minutes, the kids were so excited to see all the toys come onto the ice...then it slowely got more boring for them. We, the adults enjoyed the fantastic skaters, but 3 of our 5 children fell asleep. Over rated and over priced, I certainly would'nt go again. I used to take my children every year to the Ice Capades, and they used to have audience participation and invite some of the kids to join them on ice, I specifically remember my kids being taken in a boat on ice one year and santa's sleigh another time. This time, the kids in the audience were frantically shouting out characters names and at no time did they ever skate around and wave or communicate with any of the audience, the show had no room for any spontaneous reaction. The usual disney characters; mini, mickey & goofey waved to everyone as they came onto the ice and at the very end they all skated around and waved to the kids, but half of the kids had lost interest and the people in front and behind us had already left. We actually took the empty front seats so we were'nt so cramped.

    awesome!

    by mama007 on 2011-11-28Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

I'm surprised how good the show was. Before the show, I was so worried that my 11-mth old son would cry or be scared by the darkness. However, my son and my hubby loved the show, my son didn't cry at all, he watched the whole show and danced following the music. If Disney on ice is in town again, definitely I will go with my son and hubby!

Loved it! One thing - over the several years that I have been going - the snow cones - these could be filled with a lot less snow - very messy - most of it falls off and makes the stairs and floor sticky and wet - potential hazard. I believe that this is our 5th year going, and my grandchildren look forward to this every year. I always panic each year not knowing if I can still get front row seats, as they start asking in June. Would also like to know how to get priority parking.

    Toy Story 3 was exciting!

by Ursala on 2011-11-28Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

Both my kids age 3 and 6 enjoyed the show, lots of characters, singing and dancing. I found it had alot of adult humour too which at times went above the kids heads but would go to another event. Again my only complaint is the cost of everything, from the food to the toys and parking, but it was nice to know that some of the money from the ticket was going to a charity.

Disney On Ice Toy Story3 was fabulous!

    by disneylover888 on 2011-11-28Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

I enjoyed the show as much (if not more) than my 4 year old Daughter. The costumes were incredible and the special effects were spectacular! Well worth it, thank you Disney!

it would be MUCH better if the performers actually had moments of singing. Im sure disney is capable of finding performers with singing talent. the show was great but the illusion of singing was lame.

    Toy Story 3

by pamsibley on 2011-11-28Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

Great afternoon with my 3.5 yr old grandson. But i really only needed one seat and I paid full price for both as the kids deal came after I had already bought the tickets in September. He could not see over the persons in front of us sitting in his seat so he sat on my knee for the whole show. Parking was random, people to take money ok but I saw only two heads directing people where to park. It was a mess!

    Toy Story 3 disappointing

    by SK29 on 2011-11-28Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

Unfortunately, this year's "Toy Story 3" story line and characters were not strong enough to hold our interest for almost 2 hours - the kids wanted to leave early after intermission- we left disappointed this year. Barbie and Ken sequences were too long and often inappropriate for the age group. Not Disney standard!

It just gets worse every year

by Mech on 2011-11-28Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

Looks like they are trying to save money by reducing the show quality and make more by selling more toys and snacks at the show. It is getting worse every year. Very disappointed. I am not complaining about different nationalities but my kids were kind of confused seeing an Asian guy playing as Buzz!!! cannot they just put a mask or something? they did it for Ken, but no idea why Buzz was playing without a mask. Kids were falling into sleep near the end and were complaining to go home
