    Plenty of excitement for little ones'

    by Famof5 on 2013-12-27Rogers Centre - Toronto

    My three kids (5,3 and 2)really enjoyed the show. They were engaged in the show the whole time. This is no small feat since their attention span is usually quite limited! Would definitely recommend this for the whole family!

    Princesses & Heroes --> a little girl's delight!

    by NicMac70 on 2013-12-26Rogers Centre - Toronto

    As always, Disney knows how to capture the imagination with their Disney on Ice show. For any little girl who loves Disney Princesses, this show serves up a healthy serving of fairy tale love stories. Featuring short stories about Snow White, Belle, Repunzel, Tiana and Cinderella and longer stories of Jasmine, Ariel and Aurora, there is a princess for everyone! My seven year old daughter thought the costumes and set designs were beautiful. We generally could hear everything clearly and the pace of the performance was energetic, keeping younger audiences tuned in. The only downside was that snacks and souvenirs at the Rogers Centre were seriously over-priced and very hard to avoid.

    U could never go wrong with Disney on ice. I took my 14month old and 29month old and they were both engaged the whole show.

    We were seated front row left of centre on the ice and it was spectacular. My family of four loved the music, the costumes and the arrangement of themes. This show would be enjoyed by families of all ages!

    Disney On Ice was satisfactory and dissappointing

    by letsreview on 2013-12-24Rogers Centre - Toronto

    I purchased the family Floor level seating thinking it would be better but the incline of the stands between the rows isn't that high at all that my daughter had to constantly head weave side to side to see, and that's even sitting up on my lap! If I had got closer seating in the 100's, it would have been better as the quality of viewing would have been better because of the incline of the rows. It also felt rushed rushed at the end. The first half has nice story lines to introduce the characters. While the second hald basically just the characters show up and skate around to their theme song. Ex Tiana. Although the props in the second half were way better than the first half. Also, the past couple of years the show ended closer to 7pm (starting at 4pm), this year the show was done and we were out of there before 6pm! For the amount of the tickets, you would expect a 3 hour show. My daughter also pointed out that Pocahontas and Mulan was missing. And of course she was upset that some character from Frozen was not there. I don't think there was a princess in that movie or not but with proper timing of the movie release to the show, it would have been a fantastic surprise for the kids and a movie boost.

    by Zacaut on 2013-12-23Rogers Centre - Toronto

    This was the best show they have put on! I have been to it for the past 5 years and by far this one trumps them all! My daughter couldn't wait for the next scene to start! The dragon and fireworks were the best part!!! Go see it!!!
