Disney On Ice presents Frozen & Encanto Tickets

This was my first time EVER going to Disney on ice. I brought my daughter (8) and we both had the most amazing time! She loves Encanto and was dressed up as Dolores and was so happy seeing Dolores on the ice. I will never forget this magical show!

Awesome skaters! And great to see all the Disney characters including the princesses. It was a special treat on March break!

We went last year and thought the show was awesome, lots of different characters for all kinds of disney movies and the acrobats were great, this year not so much. They did 2 movies and that’s it and my son was so disappointed none of his favourites came out and he has a lot of favourites. Super disappointed

Everything was Amazing.. but food and beverages and Cotton Candy were super expensive. Cotton Candy with Crown for 24 dollars

Performance was great. Definitely will do it again.

The Disney on Ice - Frozen and Encanto show was such an amazing experience. My daughter (6 yrs) and I went for the show and thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it! The performances, the costumes, the performers, the props and lighting were top-notch. So well-planned and executed, it was engaging and enjoyable. We had so much fun. Thank you Disney for giving us such a wonderful memory. :)

Skaters put on a great performance. Lots of action including lights, fire and fireworks. Aerial performances fantastic. Costumes were outstanding including the children that were allowed to wear them to the show. Downside was the price of the tickets and the prices of the souvenirs. All in all a great day out for the kids.

This was my first time going ever, and first time for my 4 year old, frozen obsessed daughter. She was absolutely captivated, and getting waves and winks from the performers really made it top notch. My only beef was the positioning of one of the led spotlights before the show and during intermission. We were in the front row on ice, and the light hit me straight in the face no matter how I tried to move. I put my daughters jacket over it with the intention of removing it when the show started, but the operator kept moving and spinning it off and putting the light back in my face. That kind of sucked. But the show itself was magical and I would absolutely go again.

It was a great show and the kids loved it. The only disappointed was Encanto. They cut some of the main characters which were my daughters favorite and then the songs were changed. It just felt unfinished and a bit sloppy. It would have been nice if they left the songs as is and just have all the characters. Frozen was awesome and true to the story and songs.

I took my 22 month old son for the first time to Disney in Ice. He loved it! We were both so impressed with the music and dancing/skating. Such a good show, we will make this our new annual tradition.

We attended an 11am showing of Disney Ice. Entrance into the venue was quick and organized. The show was so much fun for my daughter! She was so happy because she thought Minnie was waving right at her and she loved seeing the cameos from other Disney princesses. The casting was so well done and the skaters had such high energy the entire show. Only positive things to say!

Did not hold up to the 2022 show needed more side shows as per previous year to keep crowd engaged this is a yearly show we attend need to move on from Frozen

My daughter loved the frozen part. The encanto half she had a harder time being amused by. Overall good. I felt like there were a lot my visual effect in frozen. We’ll done overall skating was good

We enjoyed the show however, there were many kids with fidgety toys that were bought outside before the show started, the toys has lights and an annoying sound, kids were playing with it non stop the light was in my face the whole time and the buzzing sound is so annoying, we came here to enjoy the show not to have to deal with this.

Not bad for Hamilton! Thanks for providing a good show for the families

Typical Disney in that everything was so polished and professional- also the skating was second to none

My daughter loved this Disney on ice performance. It was the perfect length and a great retelling of Frozen and Encanto. The costumes were great and the skaters did an amazing job. My only complaint is parking at the venue. Hamilton is full of one way streets and very time consuming to find parking before the show.

Length of show was perfect… kids loved it. Parking was atrocious in Hamilton though. Not sure I’ll ever see another event there.

My frozen-fan daughter thoroughly enjoyed the Frozen show, being able to watch "Elsa", "Anna" and other characters in live.
