  • Good for the kids

by I'm Frozen on 2023-11-24Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 4 out of 5

The kids like the Disney stuff, so that's great. The show itself has really good set and prop design. We went to a Saturday morning show and it just didn't feel like the skaters were giving it their all or doing anything too impressive as far as competitive figure skating goes. The souvenir concession prices are astronomical.

  • A magical experience after all...

by Maria on 2023-11-23Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 4 out of 5

My family and I have no regrets watching this year's Disney on Ice. My daughters enjoyed it very much. Everything was in place and I guess everyone enjoyed it as well. We hope that in the next years, there will be more booths for picture taking, or backdrops provided for picture taking, even if not with "human characters"... Overall, it was really a magical experience...looking forward to many more Disney on Ice shows with other Disney movies featured...

  • Freaking Awesome!!!

by Katrina Poon on 2023-11-22Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

I love going to Disney On Ice!! I go every year, at least I try to go every year, because every year it may be different with new Disney characters coming out every year. I got an awesome seat viewing. I bought a preshow ticket to meet and greet Queen Anna and Her Majesty Elsa. It was a fantastic experience. I got to hug them and chat with them, took some pictures with them with their Arendell helper. She was super nice. Especially for solo travellers who does events alone like me, it's really great to have someone help you take pictures with your heros. I really enjoyed the experience I had this year. And it's all thanks to my clients at work, without them, I wouldn't be able to pay for two tickets, usually just the show. But I was able to pay for two this year!! Pre show and the show. Each ticket cost about $70 each. Running in about $140 total. So worth every penny. Thank you everyone!!

  • good for little kids

by chubbles on 2023-11-22Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 4 out of 5

The show was great, all the kids had a lot of fun. The only criticism I have is that I wish they didn't shine bright lights on the audience. It was blinding at times.

  • So much fun!

by Nanner on 2023-11-22Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

Don’t get me wrong - the event costs a small fortune once snacks and souvenirs are taken in to account, but for a treat - it’s worth it. Especially for fans of Disney. The show is so well done with amazing costumes, sets and props and with excellent figure skating. My daughter loves it and would be thrilled if we went every single year.

  • Wonderful family evening

by Sharpies on 2023-11-22Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 4 out of 5

I love Dinsey on this ce have been going with my granddaughters for 6 plus years and we love it. But this year was a bit of a disappointment the ice surface was smaller and the tricks were much less with no Arials which was very disappointing for us all. But we still love it but feel we did not get our money worth this year, A very big complaint goes to the venue for booking a sex show on the same weekend as a kids/family event two years in a row very inappropriate and heard lots of complaining patrons

  • Empty your pockets here comes!

by Singdad on 2023-11-22Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 4 out of 5

Nice show amazing work detail . Ott characters lol . And the staff and security for the most part very pleasant and helpful Only complaint was condiment and any merch astronomical . Sit anywhere honestly little more elevated would have been better than rinkside

  • Cloud nine

Such an epic night. My daughter and I were on cloud nine. Looking forward to next year

  • Same as 2022 show

by Heknowle on 2023-11-22Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 2 out of 5

Talented skaters, fun, entertaining, BUT the show and story lines were the same as the 2022 ‘Hero’ Disney on Ice that visited in 2022. The shows were in a different order, and I think there were maybe one or two different acts (such as Coco) but the main ones (Moana, Frozen, Beauty and the Beast, and Repunzel) were IDENTICAL. It made it less exciting as we had seen all the routines previously…and, frankly, Mickey and Minnie as the hosts for the 2022 show was way better done and way more fun for my kids. Very disappointed and will only be back next year if it is a drastically different set out skating routines.

  • Its beyond expectations! My girls love it!❤️

by Maricel Bracha on 2023-11-21Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

  • A bit disappointing

by Urban on 2023-11-21Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 3 out of 5

I have taken my grand daughter the last 3 years. I didn’t find this year quite as good. Frozen is always the same and it’s boring. I loved when Toy Story was part of the show. So, yes this year it didn’t really cut the mustard

  • Amazing

Our group was all adults and we absolutely loved it! It was so good and worth it! The performers are such great skaters and the costumes and music was awesome!

by Corinne on 2023-11-21Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

This was a really good show. Lots of exciting moments through out. Seating was really good. Prices for the souvenirs were pricy. But we did have a great time

  • Stair railings in the way.

by Dave on 2023-11-21Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 3 out of 5

Would like to have known when we booked the seats in the front row of the upper section that the stair railings would impede our view. Show was enjoyed very much by our granddaughter anyway!

  • Fabulous!!

  • Holy noise

by Julio on 2023-11-21Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 3 out of 5

I absolutely loved the show and do every time I’ve been, however, I would recommend that you don’t sell toys that make noise or allow them in. The entire show I had two kids behind me pressing the button to their light up toy over and over and over. It was all we could hear. I’m talking the ENTIRE time. It was a real bummer. Also, I was really surprised that “Do you want to build a snowman” wasn’t included in the frozen scenes. That’s one of the best songs!

  • Last year was better

by Ashley on 2023-11-21Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 3 out of 5

The performance last year was much better than this year's. They didn't do the big aerial stunt this year. The skaters did minimal lifts and throws this year. They did a lot more pyrotechnic stuff which was cool, except it scared a bunch of the younger toddlers and babies around us all through the show, so then we had to listen to babies crying throughout the whole thing
