Spots were perfect in the 200’s, we could see everything going on. Kids danced to the music and loved hearing their favourite songs from the movies. I really enjoyed the fact that Frozen and Moana were longer performances to tell more of the story line.
We have attended Disney on Ice every year since my kids were little and we have loved every show. The music, the lights… it all keeps the kids entertained! A great and inexpensive family activity. Can’t wait for new year!
The show was very entertaining. Characters were very talented and kept our group of 6 riveted. A slight disappointment in the crowded hallways of the Ottawa Palladium. It seems that the stands selling expensive Disney merchandise took up a lot of space in the corridors and made navigating through them difficult. Although the event met COVID restrictions, it still felt unsafe and difficult to social distance. Some young children did not wear masks and also would not be vaccinated.
The show was spectacular has always! We had good seat in front of the scene. Thank you and continue the good work! Diane
I have seen a steady decline over the last 10 years of Disney on ice. Used to be big sets and large costumes and it has really become one up from a costume party. Love Disney and wish they could bring back the magic it once had. Will Most likely not take my kids anymore.

I’ve been to Disney on ice for the past 6 years pre-covid and it was getting a bit repetitive for myself and my 12 year old. Now that it’s my 5 year old’s first time, we all had an amazing time and loved the show. I would recommend the 2 narrators to let the crowd know that there should be no pictures or videos cause nobody knew about this rule. .
Me and my family really enjoyed the show! It was so beautiful and fun to watch! The crew did an amazing job and it was so nice to see it all together! Will definitely go another time!

Overall the show was amazing, the music was great, and the atmosphere was fun. My almost 5 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself although the music in the beginning was far too loud and almost made us leave, not to mention the parking at the stadium was a complete nightmare even if advanced parking was purchased. This factor alone will make me think twice about attending a future event at the stadium, unless a light rail train station arises to alleviate the stress of navigating a disorganized parking lot.
The show was amazing and we had a great time. However, the cost of concessions was absolute robbery. $60 for 3 slushies. As a single mother and the cost of living, this was absolutely appalling. I spent over $100 for the show.....the prices should reflect that.
The show was incredible. My kids adored it. The only complaint I have is the concession set up. All other vendors are closed except the Disney specific ones, which were beyond outrageously expensive. But the real issue was how few spots there were to get those. Only one location per floor meant 30 minute + lines. My husband missed half the first act getting my kids a drink.
Great show, my kiddo thoroughly enjoyed it! It was magical and engaging at the same time. Great MC and the skaters were so immersed in the characters. The parking was a nightmare though, hence 4 stars, it took us more than 30 minutes to get to the gate due to significant amount of car lineup so we were late to the show. CT Centre has many lots, can that not be distributed? If it was, there was no signage indicated such to reduce the line ups.
All of my family members enjoyed the show. We will rewatch all the Disney movies and definitely come back again next year.
I've been to Disney on ice 2 times before and loved it. I loved that they incorporated aireal performance and pyrotechnics. However, I extremely disliked the "mini movies" where they just poorly redo a movie. In general the storytelling component of the show was poor.
